Rinehart Family Eye Care, PC

Our family has been going to Rinehart for years now. Dr. Scott Rinehart should be teaching a class on the perfect mix of personality and professionalism!! His staff all reflect this same same kindness and professionalism as well! Do not hesitate to wait for an appointment if you need a new optometrist as the wait is totally worth it. Oh and if you have a medical issue with your eyes...they are incredibly responsive! Best optometrist in the Lehigh Valley!!!

Went to the eye doctor for the first time, Dr. Neelans was very helpful and explained the entire process as he went, making it very easy. The optician (whose name I can't remember) was also very helpful and he got me fitted with a pair of glasses that are very comfortable.

I would not buy glasses from them!!! First pair, the lens kept coming out and transition was not dark enough! Ordered another frame in addition to darker lenses and these lenses don't get dark at all! Apparently the lab doesn't know how to do transition lenses! They were very expensive, close to $1000

Our family has been seeing Rinehart Family Eye Care for years.They provide a superior professional service from the friendly and efficient office staff, to the amazing doctors. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions meeting special needs of our family. Highly recommended.

Just went there (for the first time) to see the optician for new glasses. Spent 10 minutes completing paperwork and was then told by the woman at the front desk that someone would help me in 10-15 minutes. 15 minutes later, Dana (presumably the optician) tells me and another woman at the front desk that she's "going to lunch" ("it's the law", she said), and that I'll have to make an appointment and come back. So, 45 minutes of my valuable time spent in the car, completing paperwork and waiting for nothing. Then I had the pleasure of being blown-off by a smug optician who was far more interested in NOT doing work than helping a new customer. Needless to say, I won't be back. I suggest that you too take your business elsewhere. Lastly, I work for one of the larger employers in the Allentown area and have already started sharing my disappointing experience with my coworkers. Talk about opportunity lost...

Today I had the best, most informative first visit at Rinehart Family Eye Care. Dr. Scott is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He described each step of my exam and thoroughly explained the results. From my own interactions with and by observing the staff with other clients, I could tell that providing excellent customer service is of utmost importance. I highly recommend Rinehart Family Eye Care!

Super friendly staff, experienced and professional optometrists, best eye care specialist around. Dr. Rinehart himself went out of his way on his day off to see if he had any contacts he could give me for my emergency needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else for eye care, best in the region for sure!

The folks at Rinehart Family Eye Care clearly understand the definition of customer service!! Catherine at the front desk is AMAZING, and in +45 years, I can honestly say, Dr. Scott provides the most thorough exam I've ever had! His bedside manner is second to none and takes the time to explain the smallest of details, shares his observations and recommendations for next steps and/or corrective measures. I've recommended the practice to numerous friends and family members who were increasingly disappointed with their eye care specialist; every one of them couldn't say enough about their experience with Rinehart!
