Eye Center Dr.Rhonda Laughlin

Outstanding! So many positive things to say about my experience at the Eye Center! Careful attention by Dr Laughlin and her staff that met all my eye care needs. I am so grateful for their personal attention and direction to get me an accurate exam and into frames and lenses that are excellent. I had problems with two other lens makers with remakes because of coating problems, material problems, chromatic aberration issues, and the time wasted with months in between was getting depressing! However, Tina at the Eye Center listened to what I was looking for and guided me to lenses that were perfect the moment I put them on. Thank you Eye Center! Dr Laughlin and the team at the Eye Center are highly recommended!

I saw the doctor for the first time about a week ago. I was new to the practice. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I was seen right on time. Dr.Laughlin was extremely thorough and knowledgeable.I scheduled two additional appointments for other family members at the end of my visit.

Dr. Laughlin has taken care of my son and my eye exams and glasses/contacts for many years. She is a great eye Dr. and her staff makes you feel like family. I've never had to wait to go back for my exam, and both Jackie and Matt are always ready to get your frames and billing needs taken care of.

Dr. Laughlin is the best Optometrist that I have seen. My wife and kids all have a range of eye issues and she treats them well. She is obviously very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain issues and treatment options fully without rushing patients through.

Suffered a scratched cornea, and was headed to med express to have it looked at, when I noticed The Eye Center in the same plaza. I walked in about 5 minutes before closing, without an appointment, and Dr. Laughlin (who was literally on her way out the door) took the time to take care of my injury. She was thorough and professional, and never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her in any way. She treated me like a long-time patient even though I had never met her before. I will go to her for any of my eye care needs from now on. Highly recommended!

Dr. Laughlin and her staff are some of the most caring and knowledgeable people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They went above and beyond my already high expectations for my Grandmother and I. The Doc is incredibly thorough and provides a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend, why go anywhere else?

Dr. Rhonda Laughlin is hands down the best optometrist I've been to! Very knowledgeable, personal, comforting, easy to talk to, and very professional. Very happy that I switched optometrists, thank you!

Can't speak to the doctors level of care because I didn't make it that far. The lady who answers the phone, however, is a whole other story. I spoke with her several times over the course of the day trying to get an appt for my son dealt with and handled. She was VERY rude and dismissive the whole time. The final straw was during my last call I asked her to please release my sons ins hold so he could be seen by someone else. Her response was to very rudly say "I'll get to it when I can" then literally hanging up on me. The reviews for the doc are great and i was eager to see her but with staff like this, I won't be back because they're the main people you deal with when ordering glasses. I understand people have bad days but this treatment wasn't provoked or deserved and even if she was having a terrible day, taking it out on a customer that wasn't being mean or rude at all is never ok or justified.
