The staff are very nice but your prices are way over the top... unfortunately, I'm sure this will be our last visit to LensCrafters because we just cannot afford To keep coming back and spending $800 on a pair of glasses every year . We are nearing retirement and there is no way we're gonna be able to afford Glasses through you any longer. What a shame because we do like the doctor And the staff. I would like someone to contact me from your corporate headquarters so that I can find out why we couldn't use our AARP discount as well as our insurance..

This is the best place to get your glasses adjusted. They always fix them perfectly. We had Ryan, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He even helped my boyfriend with his glasses, even though he didn't buy them here. Excellent service all around.
