Great staff! The exam was thorough with Dr. Ludwig. Making the appointment was extremely easy and staff are very professional and caring. They assisted me picking the right glasses and lens. I couldn't be more satisfied with this Visionworks. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with the doctor and the staff. Fit me in when I had a problem and put my mind to ease. The doctor really took the time to explain and show me what was going on with my eye and I felt much better when I left there. Would recommend.

Check in with Jeanie was not only quick and efficient, but she was so easy to talk to, just like I knew her. Also, I saw Dr. Huhn. I had a few questions, and he answered them at a level I understood. He also was very efficient and professional. And at check out, Kyrstin was the representative for Visionworks. She acknowledged I was waiting and told me she was printing off my eye Glass prescription. She, too, was very professional and easy to talk to. Each one of them made my visit feel like people I had met before. I would recommend Visionworks at 2060 Greengate Centre Circle in Greensburg, PA if you are in need of an eye exam or glasses.

Everyone was overly kind and very helpful. It was also a quick process, which I appreciated. I love this place. I won't waste my time anywhere else for eyecare. Also, I would like to add I was extremely surprised at how affordable the prices were.

Check in easy and quick andy appointment time was on time. The doctor listens to you. I just don't like how they try to get you to do the extra stuff when you don't need it.. glasses selection pretty much the same as past two years. The lady that measured my glasses, she is great, polite, and on point! Thank you!!

I called in because I had a concern & was seen same day. The girls at the front were very friendly! Dr. Huhn was awesome! He was very thorough! Id recommend!

Went in for an exam in september of 2025. I wear a special toric lens in my left eye, to which the required correction has been the same since i was originally fitted for the lense in 2012. This time however, the strength of correction needed to be increased. I received my first trial pair and susequently was determined were incorrect. My old prescription actually worked better, so i called in and informed them of this. They reordered trials again, drove the 40 mins to pick them up and this time I had the same issue. Large signs 20 feet away are unreadable with my left eye very blurry. I gave them a week, of course didnt get any better. I went in to attempt to speak with the dr since the prescription is clearly wrong. I was greeted by reception and attempted to explain (publicly) what was going on which of course was not an easy thing to do. I did my best gave a lot of info asked if maybe i could go back and see the dr. He could possibly have put me in the chair and i could show him how poorly i could see with these lenses. I am fully aware the eye dr cannot "see what i see" in the physical sense but i could describe to the dr what i see with different stages of correction in the chair. Instead they came out and suggested that i use drops to lubricate my eyes frequently and change my lens cleaner from ciba vision (which is by far the best choice) to another brand. If this was the solution then my original lens would not work better than the new lens. I mean think about it. I believe they felt i was just trying to get free lenses maybe i dont know. If that was the case then No i need the vision corrected properly. Since the dr is just far too busy and proud to find an actual solution i unfortunately will not be back to Visionworks in Greensburg pa and cannot in good consience suggest anybody else go there either.

Optometrist Jason and his reception staff were very friendly and thorough. They took the time to explain the vision benefits package I had and broke down the costs of each part of the lens and frame details. Jason was very detailed in explanation of the importance of a referral to an opthamologist having my vision further evaluated for glaucoma testing due to variances in my eye pressures and the family history of glaucoma and detached retina. Very pleased with my visit.
