This was my family's eye Dr. Until I had gotten remarried and they told my new wife who took my son in (who is almost blind in one eye) that she was just a stepmom and could not bring him or even help him pick out some frames. When I called to discuss this matter they twisted it all around saying that it was because I didn't want to pay their fitting fee for contacts for my daughter. We had to find my son a new Dr after years working with these people. The most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. But it all worked out for the best because his new Dr fixed his eye to where he can see up close without glasses. What used to be a great place turned out to be a bunch of hacks. If they tell you there is nothing that can be done definitely get a second opinion.

This is easily the best office I've ever visited. If I could give more stars I would. Every single person I met with was extremely nice from the receptionist, to Dr Begg, and especially his assistant(?). The whole process was fast, and very effective. I can't say enough great things.

Dr. Begg and his staff show the highest level of professionalism and genuine care. They've been amazing with our whole family!

Been going here since I was a kid as it's my family's go to place. Always kind and genuine folk here.
