Dr. Reimold - The Eye Center

They talked me into more expensive lenses for my glasses. Then told me that if I didn't like them, I could exchange them with no problems. What they didn't tell me, was that I would not get a refund for going to the cheaper lenses. Then they were mocking me when I left, and laughing about me being upset. I will never go there again.

I did not get my eyes dilated was going do another time. At no tome was there any talk of something wrong and beong referred to a specialist. I went back for the eye dilation but they didnt take my medical so a year appt was set up and never dis anyone mention a potential problem. Go there for my visit and the receptionist decides there is no rrason for my visit since they going to refer me anyway. I have no idea what they think is wrong but you think they would have wantwd to see me. I know i missed a few appt but just rude

The doctor scolded me when I said I use eye drops and then told his staff in front of me and they all giggled. I never got a good reading of what lense prescription I should have. The contacts were blurry. So he traded them for another set. They weren't the right prescription either. Then he said I just had to get used to them. They weren't bothering my eyes... I just couldn't see clearly. So, I left and tried to see if they got clearer with use, but no. When I called to say they didn't work, they said times up. No refund.

Went to Dr Reimold only because my insurance forced me to. I am very unhappy with service I received, Dr Reimold changed my prescription stating I would be able to see up close better. It made my vision worse ... if I have both contacts in I cannot see anything up close. Of course this happened at the time of covid and a person was not allowed to walk in. I have stopped in and complained about it each time saying they could do nothing for me so I went to walmart got my old prescription hoping to talk to the doctor in person only to find out they r no longer a provider and they cannot ever do anything for me. Good thing cause I will never go back to them nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Dr Molina found a torn retina and secured an appointment with a Lazer doctor the same day. I am very happy with my glasses and the service I got there.

Absolutely love this place. I had issues with my contacts and they took care of me. Trial after trial we finally found the correct contacts for me. They are so friendly and caring. Super helpful!

I called and asked if they were taking new patients, and rather than simply saying "no", they hung up on me.
