The first time I went to Lee eye center, I was impressed with the in depth exam I had.
One year later, the doctor I saw the first time was no longer there. So I got the fastest exam I have ever had. Did not test the pressure of my eyes, did not check or even mention my dry eye condition. I don't have think I was even in the exam room 5 minutes. And I was on my way home. This has bothered me ever since. My husband had just passed away, and I really wasn't myself when I was there. I will never go back there again.

The front office will do all they can to make your next appt fit your schedule.
The back office explains your eye exam easily and puts you at ease with your questions. Doctor reinforces the office structure being well educated and patient

Dr dont spend any time with your you are rushed in and out of surgery i was still asleep woke up in the car .you get upset they rush you away oh your ok no i was not ok .long wating time first time seen dr for 2 min ..rush in rushed out

What is going on in this practice? I was scheduled for cataract surgery, which was cancelled two days before the surgery...with no explanation or rescheduling. Phone calls were not answered, and I was not contacted to rescheduled. Stay away!!!
