Dittman Eyecare - Grove City

Dr Ashley Fennell was incredible as well as all the other staff! They were super thorough, knowledgeable, and took their time looking over everything with my daughter and I. I would highly recommend this eye doctor to anyone looking!! You will be well taken care of. We are looking into the Myopia program they offer for my daughter. We have been to 3 eye doctors the past 3 years and NONE of them have ever mentioned that there is a treatment available for Myopia in children. Thank you Dr Dittmans office for helping my daughter!

We love Dr. Dittman and the entire staff at Dittman Eyecare! They are super personable, kind, informative and always make sure you get the best care. My daughter is part of the Myopia Matters program so we are frequent flyers at the Grove City office. We are grateful for all that they've done and continue to do for my daughter! I was referred by a friend and continue to pass the word along, referring others. Great doctor and technicians all around!

The eye exam I had with Dr. Dittman was excellent--very thorough and professional. However, the process following the exam left much to be desired. My contact prescription was changed without my knowledge, and a different type of lenses was ordered than what I had been using previously. While the office did correct the error, it required me to make an additional appointment, which was frustrating. I also encountered issues with their outsourced scheduling service. The first time I went to pick up my contacts, I was told I needed to see the doctor again due to a scheduling error. I had to reschedule the appointment. At the second follow-up, I found out the wrong prescription had been ordered without any discussion. I received a voicemail that my contacts were ready, but when I called back and left a message, I didn't hear back for two days. I finally had to call the main number to get the appointment scheduled. I understand that staffing shortages can impact customer service, but these kinds of errors and communication breakdowns caused me to make four trips--two of which could have been avoided. It wasted my time, gas, and required rearranging my work schedule. Better oversight and clearer communication would go a long way in preventing these kinds of frustrations.

I would definitely recommend. Dr. Fennel is outstanding. The staff is exceptional. Everyone is patient, helpful and very pleasant!

I visited Dittman Eyecare in Grove City, as a new patient, for my annual exam. Barb was really nice and welcoming. Shana was knowledgeable and professional. The way that Shana and Dr. Dittman worked together was refreshing, you can tell it is a great work environment. Kelly assisted me in deciding the best way to utilize my insurance, she was awesome. Overall, I had a great first experience at Dittman Eyecare and will look forward to returning in the future.

As a long time patients, I can't tell you how EXCITED I was that Dittman Eyecare opened up a location in Grove City, PA!!! Walking in, my daughter and I were welcomed by Barb, who reviewed our information and got us checked in for our appointment. Shannon was so good with keeping my daughter's attention! Kelly helped us pick out her glasses and order my contacts. She was well informed on my insurance and was able to help us get what we needed. My daughter is SOOOO thrilled with her new glasses! She even was able to get them with transitions so that her eyes are protected outside during recess at school and the Non Glare that helps her in the classroom. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dittman. He is very knowledgeable in eye health and takes time to listen to his patients. He is even able to do my diabetic eye exams! His kindness and care is what keeps us coming back time and time again. Clean office, friendly staff, KID FRIENDLY, selections of eyeglasses and contacts for everyone! Highly recommend this office.

My son and I had our eye exam at the Grove city office with Dr. Dittman. I always have a wonderful experience here. The office ladies are so nice and easy to talk to. Today I had Lexi who was so nice as always. Today was my sons 1st time and they really put him at ease!
