My eye appointment was surprisingly fun--who knew getting your vision checked could feel like a social event? From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like royalty, complete with a few laughs about my ability to read the tiniest letters on the chart (spoiler: not great). They had the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness, making the whole process feel less like a chore and more like a social hour. Even the puff-of-air test was tolerable, thanks to their charm and witty remarks. If all appointments were this enjoyable, I'd probably schedule checkups weekly just for the company!

I brought my glasses in for an adjustment and the technician broke them during the adjustment. She offered to glue them (???) and I said no I want them replaced since I was afraid the glue wouldn't hold and it would make them worse. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to cover the cost. Started spouting policy (none of this was explained to me when I brought them in for the adjustment) that they were past warranty (by only 4 months - she acted like it was years) and they were cheap, poor quality glasses, etc (I guess it's the fault of the glasses they broke?). Never mind that I had kept them in perfect condition all that time. Need to be transparent and up front in their policies and hire competent staff.
Poor customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere. A shame because I've been a customer along with my entire family (all 5 of us) for many years.

I've been going to Dr. Thrash for approximately 15 years now. Love her!!! She is so thorough, takes her time, doesn't make you feel like you're an imposition and is always kind. Everyone at the Grove City, Pa location is always friendly and helpful. Sandy is the one that ordered my new glasses and she was awesome! Extremely happy with this business and Dr. Thrash. Thank you!
