This is my second visit since the transition of business and must say that this place is operating like a fine oiled machine, from the counter sign in to the tech and the Dr. The team collectively are very professional, informative and knowledgeable and after the photo of the eye from that Nikon Camera system I can't say enough for just an eye check up and new glasses. Side note* I asked could they email me that photo of the inside of my eye and they did...framing that bad boy! So cool and the advancement in equipment alone is worth the visit. Thanks team

Today I had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Chokshi and her team at Indian Valley Eye Care Center, and it was truly a refreshing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was cheerful, knowledgeable, and clearly happy in their work. After meeting Dr. Chokshi, it was immediately obvious why. She embodies those same qualities of warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. This was the first medical appointment in a long time that I genuinely enjoyed. I learned more about my eyes in one visit than I have in years. Dr. Chokshi and her team took their time with me, carefully explained my options, and helped me determine what would work best for my specific situation. They were thoughtful about my insurance coverage and walked me through the full range of choices available. I was also impressed by the modern technology in the office, equipment I had never seen despite many years of requiring eye care. The team proudly demonstrated how it works and the benefits it provides. No dilated pupils, no burning drops, just advanced, patient friendly care. I left feeling confident that I received the best eye care I have ever experienced. I could not give a stronger recommendation. My wife and I recently had eye exams at Indian Valley Eye Care and it was a great experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My wife had a fantastic experience with the doctor, and Mandy, who helped with the glasses fitting, was especially kind and helpful. The eye exam itself was very thorough. They offer an additional retinal imaging scan for $59, and we chose to do it. It was absolutely worth it, as it provided detailed images of the inside of the eye and gave us extra peace of mind. While the pricing may be a bit higher than places like America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and some of the larger chain stores, the level of service and attention to detail really stood out. We're hopeful the quality of the glasses will reflect that same level of care. Overall, we would definitely recommend Indian Valley Eye Care to anyone looking for a thorough exam and friendly, professional service.

It was a thorough apt for both prescription verification and verifying the overall health of my eyes. I like that the Dr gave comments and suggestions along the way. Also Mandy was amazing in helping with insurance verification and picking out frames to my liking without taking hours to sort through them all. A very pleasant experience!

I've been coming to IVEC for over 20 years. There's a new staff and they are fantastic. Very happy with th friendly service and the high tech equipment. If you need an eye doctor, glasses or contact lenses, I would highly recommend IVEC.

I have never had a bad experience here and I've been going here for a few years now. But yesterday was a fantastic experience. The girls at the front desk were super friendly so kind and the girl that helped me to pick out my glasses was over the top great. The doctor truly remembers you. She remembers your problems. She talks to you. You are not rushed. I highly recommend them to anyone.!

I am beyond thankful for Dr. Chokshi and the incredible care she provided. I've struggled with motion sickness for as long as I can remember--getting sick in a pool, in a car, on a boat--you name it. I had tried everything with no real success. Then I was introduced to Neurolens, and it truly changed my life. Wearing these glasses while driving or riding as a passenger, I no longer get sick. I can even be on my phone or work on my computer while in motion, including in a car, without any issues. That is something I never thought would be possible for me. Dr. Chokshi was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my visit, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable. This experience has been a total game changer, and I am so grateful to have found her. I will absolutely continue my annual visits with Dr. Chokshi and highly recommend her to anyone struggling with similar issues.
