Everyone was thorough and nice. Dr. Clark is very knowledgeable and kind. This was my first time coming here, It should probably have better signage on the door entrance to say Refocus. It says Dr. Clark but I didn't know that was where I was supposed to be. Not a big deal though because now I know ! I will return. Thanks

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Clark for many years... through my glaucoma care, cataract surgery, even an eye lid lift that was affecting my sight. The outcome to my eye lid surgery was life changing for me. He has been so reassuring of a positive outcome in everything, attentive to every detail with my care, and most of all taking the time to answer any questions I have had, and answered in "layman" terms that I could understand. I have no hesitation in recommending him as an eye specialist, after all he has done for me, and his staff is beyond reproach.

I've been coming here for years. Although some receptionists are kinder than others, everyone in the back is exceptional. They are all extremely kind and extremely skilled. And Dr. Clarke is absolutely phenomenal. His experience, explanations, surgical skills, and warm, calming smile make him a doctor worth making it a point to see. Other offices should learn from this group.

Medical care is great but Hatboro front desk is not helpful. Refused to bill my secondary insurance for the co-pay. Insisted on my paying the co-pay before being seen, regardless of the fact that the secondary insurer would have paid if they were billed. Office manager needs to be more flexible in options for co-pay

Dr Clark is very personable and makes you feel comfortable and so do the majority of the people there that wait on you. However, the first person that takes you and this is the second time this happened you feel like you're a number. I'm not sure if it's because they do it so often?? But they don't introduce themselves they don't have expression the are almost robotic. My suggestion would be to let them know that a lot of the people that come in there may be harder Hearing. They may even be scared to death, thinking that they have something that they're gonna lose their eyesight. So be a little bit more caring And understanding. And treat each person as an individual and not as a number the other people that take you after the first person were very caring, And understanding at least that's my experience and this is the second time that I've been there and I had the same experience

Dr. Martinez is great!! She really knows her stuff. She did surgery to remove a calcified sty on my eyelid today and made it as painless as possible. I had no pain once the numbness wore off. She's amazing!! Also, the office always gets me in -in a timely manner. Thank you Dr. Martinez and staff!!!
