I had an amazing experience at Jahnle Eye Associates. It was my 1st time there and the Flamingo decor at the entrance set the vibe for my entire visit. I was warmly welcomed by Toby and Simmi who also did some of the initial testing. Simmi was very pleasant, conversational and efficient at her job. It also seemed like everyone worked well as a team there. Dr. Saucedo did not disappoint me either. She was very pleasant, understanding and patient with me. She was very knowledgeable about her job and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The entire experience was wonderful and almost seemed too good to be true, so I asked another patient that was leaving with me, and she reassured me that she was going there for years and all of the staff are amazing! So, thank you Jahnle Eye Associates for an incredible experience, can't wait to see you next year! I'll tell all my friends and family about you.

I visited the Jahnle eye associates in Media with my wife. My wife who is a nurse, had noticed for sometime I was having trouble with my eyes. It was our first time dealing with this group of eye specialists, and needless to say I was skeptical (after all I don't wear the glasses I have now). We were assigned to Dr. Erica and her assistant Cheyanne. Cheyanne was very efficient in taking down our medical information . After she completed our charts, Dr. Erika arrived and proceeded to perform a thorough examination of our eyes. The results shocked me. I found that I have been fooling myself regarding my eyesight. Dr. Erika and her entire staff were friendly, thoughtful, and provided us all the information required to adjust our eyes. And the amazing thing was that we were not pressured to buy new glasses. We could have taken our prescription anywhere. However, while looking at the assorted frames, I met Shay, the most friendly laid back seller of eyeglasses I have ever met. Needless to say, I am now getting new glasses. Dr. Erika and her entire team are awesome. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Saucedo was so nice to my son. It was his first time being seen in the office for his eyes. She explained everything she was going to do and made him feel comfortable during every step of the process.

I've been going to Dr Saucedo for several years now. I never feel rushed and she is very thorough. The whole team at Jahnle is amazing starting with reception straight on through to the optical center. And if you need contacts, Gwen is amazing.

Dr.Saucedo managed the examination very competently and professionally. She did not attempt to convince me to purchase new glasses and contacts in a borderline situation. She was very pleasant.
