My family and I have been coming here together every year for our eye exams, glasses, and contacts, and we couldn't be happier. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly attentive. Dr. Risoli is fantastic--thorough, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. You never feel rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients' eye health. If you're looking for the perfect pair of glasses that truly matches your face and your personality, ask for Kim. She is amazing at what she does and makes the entire process fun and stress-free. This office consistently provides top-notch care and service. We highly recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else for our eye care needs.

Great experience at My Eye Doctor in Havertown. Doctor Hawkins was excellent and explained everything in detail. Kim and Susie were great at helping me pick out frames. Great teamwork!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist. Donna D.

I had a great visit. The doctor was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond. They were very patient while helping me pick out frames, clearly explained my insurance benefits, and worked hard to find options that fit my budget. I truly appreciated their kindness and honesty.

Dr Risoli is wonderful! She is thorough and always takes the time to explain things to me. I'm so happy to have her as a part of my medical team! Choosing glasses sometimes is hard for me but not yesterday. Kim picked out 3 pairs that looked great on me. She has a great eye for style. I just had to decide which pair I liked more! Kim is so funny. I spent the whole time laughing. Brandon took over and confidently finished the process. Thank you Kim and Brandon for making that part of my visit great!

The staff at MyEyeDr in Havertown is amazing. it is sad that corporate America made this once homey warm environment, into a sterile lack-less, cold place. fish gone, candy gone, seasonal decorations gone. very sad what corporate America does to a business that should be customer centric. stripped of all personality. if i wasn't a long time customer, who loves to see the staff once a year, i would seek a new provider.

The eye doctor was great. However the billing and customer service at the front was not pleasant. I have been using the same insurance for thirteen years. They told me the balance would be close to $200. I was like that's impossible since I was only paying $10 or something in the past every year with my insurance. The guy said well this is what my manager showed me. Then he asked his manager. Then it was adjusted down to $90 which is still way higher than what I used to pay. The guy printed my insurance and it said clearly that the copay was $15 but then they claim my case is more complicated so they had to charge more but the number they referenced is nowhere shown on my insurance that they could point to. My eye condition hasn't changed for decades and I'm just here for the same contact prescription that I used for years (contact lens prescription expires in a year so I have to renew it every year). The doctor didn't even do the contact lens fitting on me at all since they didn't have my trial lenses in stock, which I was fine because I wasn't expecting a change to my prescription. I just needed it to be renewed so I can order. You would want to double check your bill before you making payments as the staff charging you may not put in the insurance properly. Also the staff next to us kept interrupting impatiently and rudely which made my experience here MUCH worse. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You would want a place that trains their staff well with billing and customer service and not manipulating insurance and overcharge you anyway they can.

The staff at This location is WONDERFUL ! All the Associates treat You like Family and show concern and take the time to explain things to You. Dr Risoli and Burger are AWESOME Kim is GREAT ( She showed me FREE frames the other associate never mentioned or showed me .) Lesson learned wait for KIM !!!

Kim is the BEST. She's so knowledgeable and helps you find the glasses that look best on you!! Highly recommend.
