I've been going here for a few years now and I love it! Dr Grohol is so nice and he listens to you. All of the staff are so friendly also. Checking in is so easy and I like using the patient portal as well. Highly recommend!

They schedule me a appointment without talking to me. Tried calling multiple times and all I get is a call center. No way to talk to a person that works there. Very impersonal . Now saying that the doctors were really good and sat and listened to me about my eye issues instead of ignoring me like a eye clinic outside tamaqua did. The staff at the clinic was very nice and proffessional. . The call center staff at least who i finally talked to was professional and helped me get a earlier appointment.

Optical staff (Dave) seems to not realize that you are the patient/customer. I was more of an inconvenience than a patient. My prescription was well over done. New glasses were basically useless. The whole time I was made to feel it was my fault. My old prescription was fine. There has to be better places to go. Still using old glasses from 2022.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grohol for many years and he has always giving me top-notch eye care. His staff is very attentive and courteous. I've never waited more than 10 minutes before being seen, and you're rarely left alone for more than a few minutes once your appointment has begun. The optical department has a decent selection of glasses for an office this size and the optician staff is helpful in guiding my selection. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a skilled optometrist for any reason.
