The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. They do seem to handle quite a flow of patients but keep it moving along as best they can. I am a patient of Dr. Rymar's, and have been for years, he is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He has a friendly demeanor, very easy to communicate with, and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommended!

As far as the optometrist, the visits are always on time and pleasant. I particularly love Dr. Rymar. He is thorough and precise in his exam and assessments.
However, if you're having any kind of laser or glaucoma service conducted by the specialist, expect to be there for hours. To me that is somewhat unnecessary. They have you come in, put drops in your eyes, and then you have to wait until the specialist actually arrives, which could be 30 minutes after your scheduled appt. Then once the procedure is done, they put drops in again to test your eye pressure. This is another 15 to 20 minutes of waiting. So if you have a 3 PM appointment, expect to be there till at least 5 PM. I just feel there could be better coordination of this whole process.
