The team at Advanced Optics are absolutely amazing! Dr. Tubiello is phenomenal and so helpful! Rob saved me with his expertise with crafting lenses. I had a terrible experience with a commercial lens company and Rob was able to re-create my lenses. For 6 weeks I struggled to see with lenses from the other company and Rob and the team at Advanced Optics made it possible for me to see well by crafting lenses that were perfect. The kindness, professionalism, and skill was so appreciated. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I recently had cataract surgery and made an appointment for a post-surgery eye exam with Dr. Tubiello and for new glasses with Advanced Optics. I highly recommend Dr. Tubiello and Advanced Optics for their cordial thoroughness with both my exam and the precise fitting of my new glasses. Superior service is why this is the ONLY place for eyecare for my family. I've remained a loyal customer to this local business for over 20 years, whether or not my insurance covered it. Good vision is too important. They have an immense selection of nice frames, cool shades, safety glasses, etc. All at competitive prices. I felt no pressure trying frames on for over 2 hrs trying to decide which two pairs to select this time.. and the whole staff helped. The Opticians (they're the owners too) worked out what's best for me and my bugdet. They explained all lens options and pricing up front based upon my needs (like lens type, coatings, bi-focals, etc.) The Optometrist there (Dr Tubiello) really cares, and his exams are very thorough. He's great with kids! My frames have all lasted many years (I'm hard on them too!) I've been to the big chain stores, with hidden up-charges, only to walk out with glasses that aren't quite 'right' and have gotten dismissed with "You'll get used to it." That will never happen at Advanced Optics. They are proud of what they do and it shows in the quality of services provided.

I dropped my glasses during a walk and, when I found them again, they were quite warped. The lenses were intact, so I went to Advanced Optics. I barely had a hope that they could be fixed and useful again. However, Rob patiently fixed each temple and hinge. Now they fit better than even before! Thanks Rob! You are a master!

I've been seeing Dr. Tubiello for my eye exams, and I couldn't be more pleased. He is incredibly thorough, takes the time to explain everything, and ensures all my concerns are addressed--I never feel rushed or unheard. The optician is also fantastic, offering personalized assistance in selecting eyewear that fits both my style and vision needs. The entire experience is professional, friendly, and top-notch. I just moved to the area and I'm thrilled to have found this place so close to home! The friendly, exceptional service I received was unlike any other optician I've visited. Rob was incredibly kind and professional, he fixed my favorite old pair of glasses the same day and they look as good as new. He also made sure my other pairs of glasses fit me comfortably and was very kind to readjust them. Terry was also helpful in showing me the different selections they offer. I will definitely be returning for all my vision needs!

I came here for the first time because I urgently needed some glasses and both the lady who greets you when you enter and the man who makes the glasses are lovely and very professional. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable in this place. Success always.

I haven't stopped by Advanced Optics in a while (overdue for an eye exam), however, they were very kind to fix a pair of sunglasses that I did not even buy from the store. Great customer service, great staff, great docs. Locals should be proud to support the place!
