Great place to go for glasses!! The owner was so helpful and was able to order my old frames for me in a new color! Made me sunglasses too! And after I dropped them a few months later he was able to replace a lens under warranty. You can't go wrong going to this great place! They are a local business that treats you right!!

The doctor and receptionist are great, however the owner is strange. I had my eyes examined, and only needed contacts. The doctor gave me a box of contacts that were samples to leave with, which I did wear on my way out. My prescription was exactly the same and I bought the same contacts as before but was still billed $100 for a contact fitting fee. (Which is at the discretion of the Dr. Not the owner). I was called by the owner when my contacts came in. I told him I would pick them up 2 days later. He told me to call and remind him, which he could have just made a note of it... I called the day of, and he told me he might not be there because he was leaving early, so he said he would put them in the mailbox for me. It seems every choice is made by the owner, not the Dr. The owner is also very rude to the receptionist which I did not care for.

Wonderful doctor! Great service! Roger makes sure your fit is perfect and if you have any problems, he is glad to help! In the 40+ years I have worn glasses this is the best shop! I DON'T want to go anywhere else!!!

I'm quite sad that this has bad reviews! Not once have I had an issue or at least an issue that couldn't be solved right away. I highly recommend going here for frames, lenses (especially highly advanced custom lenses), contacts, and vision testing. Staff are very patient, informative, and put your needs first! Best time to go is probably weekday late mornings /early afternoons.

Had issues with my eyes that I wasn't even fully aware of. They people here helped me understand what my insurance would cover and helped me find a pair of frames that fit my budget. The office is a bit cramped but overall I was pleased with my experience.

Such good people here. Give you the option for special exams and explain what is covered under your insurance. Work with you if you need lower budget eyeglasses.

Horrible customer service. Called and made an appointment that I did not end up making it to. They ended up holding my authorization to my insurance for months. When I called to ask to void my authorization the man I spoke to gave me an attitude, reprimanded me about missing my appointment and then hung up on me.

I have had nothing but good experiences here for over 10 years. I highly recommend this place for frames and contacts.
