As a new patient, I was coming in with a false cataract diagnosis from a previous (and now closed) eye center. I have Type I so anything related to my eyes going bad can be scary. Dr. Joseph's staff were kind, helpful and took excellent care in my exams. Very happy to have an eye doctor who knows what he's talking about. I feel confident that my eyes are in good hands.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes (3 weeks apart) about 6 months ago. At this point I still need very bright light to be able to read and can only see marginally (est. less than 10%) better.
I'm very disappointed with the results. They don't approach the claims that were made before the surgeries and I wish, as a senior citizen living on a fixed income that I hadn't invested thousands of dollars in two cataract eye surgeries that didn't help me.
Dr. Joseph says he's done all he can and advises me to seek a second opinion.
That's not acceptable!!!!

I had cataract surgery for both eyes in December. Dr Joseph did a fantastic job. No issues with either surgery. His staff is fantastic. They are very polite and willing to help you in any way they can. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to everyone.

As another review said, do not go here for any eye surgery. Over $5,500 in initial costs (cataracts/lenses) for the two surgeries and damage ultimately caused. After paying up front for the surgeries, got a call last minute saying a different lens needed used and would be an extra $1500+ to do other eye. Continued follow ups when eyes weren't getting better "it'll get better, give it time". Still have to wear eyeglasses in the end and need to go to a different eye doctor to diagnose damage done Massive regret hope to help others.

The lady who performed the tests on me answered every single one of my questions and was very nice. The actual doctor was also very nice, easy to understand, and answered everything I could think to ask.
