The visit was very professional Tammy was such a ray of sunshine. The Doctor was such a nice person performed the examination with care. Gave me a great report and all the information I needed about the health of my eyes.

I am a patient here, and I called because I had severe pain in my eye. They told me to come in immediately. I was taken back within five minutes, saw Dr. Brandi Roman who examined me, and she gave me a diagnosis. She was firm and clear about my treatment, information on contacting her if my eye pain got worse, and said she wanted to recheck me in a week. I couldn't have been more satisfied with this appointment and my treatment. Thank you!

Update: Finally got in to see Dr. Lee. He was very matter-of-fact, all business. My visit ended up being almost 3 hours! When I walked through the waiting room to leave only 1 person was there, a lady I had chatted with during the wait. She had arrived at the clinic about 10 minutes before me. She was still waiting for the nurse to schedule her surgery. I have no idea how much longer she was there. I definitely will not go back! Original post: Hurry up and wait! Every time I have been here I've waited at least 30-45 minutes passed my appointment time. I was called twice about my appointment today, both times to move it up. Original time 1:50, moved to noon, then changed to 11:30. I got here at 11:20, it's currently 12:15 and I am still waiting!

I had a routine 6 month exam for macular degeneration. Dr Brandi and staff were on time, communicated thoroughly to me. I felt they were all very knowledgeable and that my eyes are in good hands.

Showed up for "scheduled" post op appointment at hermitage and turns out they are no better than boardman. Apparently this ENTIRE company has no idea how schedules work. Showed up at 8:55 for 9:05 appointment. 30 minutes in waiting room and my mother in law finally went back. Not sure how long before she actually gets examined but we will see. Showing up close to lunch or close I can see a practice falling behind a bit but 30 min behind an hour after open is behind unprofessional. Don't make plans on days visiting any of their offices because your time is not valuable to them, honestly it's not a blip on their radar.

I would give zero stars if I could. Took forever to get in. Finally examined and scheduled for bilateral cataract removal. Paid 80 dollars out of pocket for some drops needed post op. Office calls the day before and abruptly cancels. No explanation. Waited a month for a return call to reschedule. No one called. I called three times. No return call. Finally went somewhere else with a much more professional level of care. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I'm not even a patient here but I sat here and listen to the receptionist be so rude to a few people! I'm not sure of her name but she doesn't need to check ppl in or out! I felt bad cause of what she said to a older gentleman about his insurance card and refused service for him so he walked out.She needs more training on how to talk to people

Dr Lee is amazing. I had cataract surgery on both eyes in March at Edgewood Surgical center. They also were amazing. My only complaint is they schedule to many apts in office at the same time. The wait is always an hour at least. Other than that everyone is very nice and caring.
