Dr. Halfpenny is my doctor at this practice. It goes without saying that Dr. Halfpenny is fabulous! She's smart, efficient, talented, a wonderful surgeon, kind, and compassionate - I could go on and on!! Her office and all the office staff are so efficient at what they do!!! I say often that the office is a "very well oiled" machine - very busy, however, the office staff keep everything running smoothly, so you never experience problems that you'd possibly expect to encounter. Everyone has their specialty and does it to perfection. My only wish is how nice it would be if all my doctor's offices ran SO smoothly!!!! Kudos to everyone at Valley Eye Professionals!!!!!

I called this office for my dad ( he is a pt) He was seeing what seemed like a sheer curtain over his eye. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and convinced us not to wait. The front desk girls were very nice and the attention given to my dad by the Drs staff in the room was fantastic. We had to go see another specialist. 5 stars for me and thank you VALLEY EYE!!!

I usually hate going to the doctors and I'm usually socially anxious but I felt like I needed to get my eyes checked since at night my vision gets a little blurry. This was my first actual eye doctors visit I ever had and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I was nervous but everyone seemed nice and it was easy to talk to everybody. Definitely won't be going to a different eye professional. The negative reviews on here don't make any sense because I had the exact opposite experience. Thanks Valley Eye.

I called with a simple question, had to repeat the name of the test about 5 times due to the lack of education of the person on the line, then told that the doctor will call me. I was happy that I'd get a few minutes allotted for a simple question that would take no more than 10 seconds of her time. They returned my call and told me, "You will have to schedule an appointment"! This is for one question! I will need to pay a $70 copay and go off work and expend 2-3 hours of my life to get a 10 second question answered. NO. This is not how a normal doctor works. Their greed and incompetence and lack of care for their patients is going to bite them back. I was planning to use this doctor regularly because of my last visit. Now I will never come again AND I will be telling all of my friends and relatives to AVOID this place forever. This is how you ruin a business!

I had an excellent experience here. The team was welcoming the moment I walked in, and the doctor took the time to fully explain everything during my exam. The office is clean, modern, and very organized. I felt truly cared for and never rushed.

I am 100% satisfied with my experience being cared for by Dr. Alessandra Initili and the staff at Valley Eye Professionals, LLC I was unable to read or focus with my left eye due to a cataract and post surgery I am now able to see so clearly that my vision is 20/20 for distance. I am so grateful and recommend this wonderful team of professionals to provide care for your eyes. They were all so nice

I love the staff (well most of them ) and they took very good care of me during my ongoing treatment and multiple surgeries. The doctors are amazing and have wonderful bedside manners and make you feel very comfortable and informed. The front desk staff is amazing and deal with a lot but are always very pleasant and helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking for a specialist.

I was very pleased with the staff in the office today. They were very helpful both on the phone and in person. I called them today and they managed to get my husband in the office for a visit within a few hours. Extremely happy
