Dr Maggie was very friendly and thorough in my exam. It was my first time seeing her and I'll definitely be back. My visit ran very smoothly from check in, pre testing, seeing the doctor and checking out. Amy was very helpful in explaining my benefits to me and what I was eligible for. Dr. Maggie Nikituk is a wonderful eye doctor and I've had a great experience as her patient! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, and wants to give you the best care possible. She has an outstanding reputation in the Pittsburgh area and very impressive educational background. Highly recommend as an eye doctor!

I spent over 340.00 on a brand new pair of eyeglasses here . I have been a patient for many years .I went in on a Saturday and picked my frames and they took the money after my modest insurance discount. before I paid I asked the employee "I can really only do Saturdays, can not request time off during the week ,Was given the impression this was fine ,being it was a Saturday the day I bought . Well... wanted to see if they were in so called the Irwin location , they were :) okay , well can I schedule a Saturday in a week to pick them up please ,since working overtime this Saturday? "OH ,WE DON'T DO GLASSES PICKUP AND ADJUSTMENTS ON SATURDAYS, YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE DURING THE WEEK" I'm really upset , and know I'm just going to pick them up now on a Saturday and get them adjusted somewhere else !! Love being given the run around

Dr. Maggie is the best! She is extremely professional and truly cares about you and your health. She is easy to talk to and is a wonderful listener. If you have any concerns she will help resolve them. I would highly recommend her for the care of your eyes!!

Dr Maggie is a fantastic eye doctor. She makes a routine exam an enjoyable experience. Her knowledge, passion, and patience are some of the best I have ever seen. The front office staff is very friendly and on top of it as well.

Dr. Maggie is one of my favorite Optometrists I've ever seen! Her exams are so thorough, and she took the extra time to show and explain to me photos of my eye that she took. The other employees in the office that I met were all so friendly and made me feel very welcomed as a new patient which is so important to me when it comes to choosing any healthcare office. Already looking forward to my visit next year!

I first saw Dr Nikituk when one of my punctual plugs had come out that I had inserted due to dry eye. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Because of this great experience with her I went back again for my eye exam. The exam was very thorough, first time I ever got to see what my eyes look like by having the Optomap pictures done. I would definitely recommend these pictures to everyone. If you are having issues with dry eye or any other eye issues; if you need an exam, I would definitely recommend Dr Nikituk. The staff was also very nice and great prices for name brand frames.
