I had appointment today 9/18/25 I waited 30 minutes for Dr. Scott Drexler. I had to go, so I asked to make another appointment. When I was leaving the lady at the front desk told me that he does have other jobs. He is filling out charts. (Not patients) On my time he is filling charts out!!! I plan to go to a different doctor. Sorry Dr. Drexler your patient's time is just as valuable as your time.

This office saved me from my eye crisis when my local office wasn't able to squeeze me in and they all did it with such compassion patience respect and efficiency. I traveled about an hour to get there and now I know that I would travel to another state to be there again with them if it was necessary. If you need an Opthalmologist..don't hesitate to call them. You won't regret it I promise you. All my gratitude and thank you's to everyone there.

Very friendly staff. Almost no wait time to get into the room. The assistant was extremely nice and informative. Dr came in to next room promptly. He was very nice also. Didn't try to push anything and was very informative and answered all my questions. I haven't been to the eye Dr in many many years, but I would highly recommend AIO!

My experience coming to AIO overall is very good, the staff is very friendly and shows patience. The only problem is the waiting time. They want you there 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. I knew I was in trouble as the waiting room was full. My appointment was for 11:45 snd I never saw a nurse until 12:30. I was then passed off to two other nurses snd I saw the Doctor at 1:10 pm. I met with him for 10 minutes.
Everyone is very nice but they need to get you in on time and you should be out in much better time.

Follow up for procedures with Dr Nairn. Once again the front staff is very friendly and efficient. Back in the room I was treated with care and respect. Dr Nairn as always is professional and thorough while caring. He does not waste time but does not rush you either if you have questions. Highly recommend this office
