Doctor and staff friendly. Would give 5 stars if it didn't take so long to get glasses. There was a mix up and it's been over a month and I still don't have them.

I don't understand your pre scheduled appointments!

DO NOT take your little ones here! So my toddlers needed glasses and I was recommended to this place. I will never order another pair of glasses here again! We had an appointment at 3:00 we got there 15 minutes early, there were no patients there, they made us wait in a hot small waiting room till 3:30 before they took us back. So obviously my toddlers were acting up. They had 3 pairs of glasses to choose from and the one pair were way too big on both. So i didnt have a choice on the glasses. They got a PD measurement for my one twin but not for the other. The two women that waited on us did not get up from their chairs to even try to measure him. The one had a very bad attitude. She was rude she rolled her eyes at me. I should have just walked out there and then. The next business day I called back as soon as they opened to try to cancel them so I could try somewhere else that had experience with young children. I left messages and by the time they called me back, they said they could not cancel them and I'd have to wait up to a month before they come in and then I can cancel them. So it'll probably be a 6 months or more before my twins get proper glasses. Theyre 2 and still not walking because of their vision and I have an appt with the opthamologist in 6 months to see if the glasses helped them. I am so upset right now I could cry and I'm kicking myself for not just walking out right then and there, while they had us waiting in that 90deg degrees waiting room. I'm a single mom of 4 children and 2 of them have health issues. So we're always at doctors appts. I don't have time to play these games after I paid over 300 dollars!

I'm embarrassed to admit but I hadn't had an eye exam for probably 10+ years...partly because of no vision insurance and then when I did have insurance, I just kept putting it off...then I broke my glasses on Christmas Day and had to super glue one of the ear pieces, so the time had come. But I started to fear the unknown. Well, today I had my appointment (with a wonderful new eye doctor) and after a thorough dilated (that was the worst part!) exam with digital imaging done, my vision is perfect for someone my age - no glaucoma, no macular degeneration. New glasses ordered...all is good!!

The whole staff was so friendly and kind. Everything went easy and smooth for being a first time patient. The doctor is amazing! She is very kind.
