My thanks to the entire staff.. Friendly and very professional. 100 % positive experience. Had cataract surgery. They put me at ease from the beginning till my last post op follow up.

First time going there in many years, they were wonderful. Took time to explain everything, they put me in total ease as to what was going to happen and what to expect. I would totally recommend them.

Drs. are very friendly and patient. They answer all questions thoroughly. The staff is kind and helpful.

The eye doctor and receptionist staff have been great. The manager in the eye glasses department needs to work on customer care. She doesn't return multiple phone calls and is not receptive to what you have to say. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years so I know when I put on a new pair and I say I cannot see. Do not tell me to wear them for a week or more so my eyes adjust! Blurry vision with new glasses and a very slight, very slight change to prescription I should be able to see crystal clear. I am so over the attitude. Find the solution for your customer rather than telling them you'll eventually be able to see after you wear them a few weeks. I know my eyes. If I cannot see when I put them on, something is not right. Common sense.

The only reason I left the practice was because I moved to Butler Pa. I will be moving back sometime this year and I planned on coming back. The staff and doctors were very knowledgeable and Friendly, always made me feel comfortable. I recommend to everyone to come to this office.

I had high hopes. The opticians were super nice and very thorough. The doctor didn't introduce himself, didn't answer any of my questions with much thought at all and I left there with more questions than answers. I still don't know who he was. I just called to get the numbers for my eye pressures (told they were elevated, wasn't told the number, and then the doctor said nothing about them) so I can contact my neuro and try to get medications sooner so my vision doesn't become impaired. They will not release that information to ME but they will send it to my doctor. I am beyond angry right now. I'm completely in control of my own care and I have a right to my information. I'm not a doctor, but I'm also not an idiot. This is my brain condition that I have had for years now. I wanted to like this place with it being so close. The only reason I gave the 2 starts was because of the opticians who actually cared. I work in healthcare as well. This is not how to handle patients and patient interactions.

everyone was very good at their job.

I was just hired down the street from the location, & needed to use the restroom. Stopped, & filled my coffee cup also. The staff were very attentive.
