I came there to get safety glasses for work from my existing prescription. My insurance wouldn't cover new frames for another year so I gave my glasses to use for frames. My insurance was charged and I paid the difference. After waiting a month I was notified they were in. Today I went to pick them up however the lenses were not the safety lenses I needed, ordered and paid for. I was told they don't do safety lenses unless the frames are safety frames, Which they do not have? What?!?! Long story short I was refunded (but I doubt my insurance was) after the lenses were taken out in front of me but told my original lenses had been discarded. So I left with no safety glasses or my original glasses. Just empty frames. I feel you should at the very least have to replace the lenses I left with you. I will be calling and writing whomever I can until I get some satisfaction. This is terrible business and I definitely will be taking my eye care elsewhere in the future.

The Dr and Girls were Great! Friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the Visit. I will be back and would Recommend them to anyone!

Would love to give this place a zero from the doctor to the employees...horrible experience. Everyone was very unprofessional and had a serious attitude problem that started as soon as we walked in. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! No one should be treated the way we were treated!
