This office is so nice. The doctor is great, but the woman that helps you pick out glasses and does the adjustments (her name is Katie) is by far the best asset they have. She goes above and beyond with her customer service and she's easy to get along with! Great job Katie!

My wife and I always come to this Pearle Vision because of its convenient location at the North Island Navy Exchange because of professional staff and the selection of frames. She has purchased at least four eyeglasses and I have bought 3. Thankfully, I always added the lenses insurance and they replaced one lense within two weeks after I stopped in.

I came to Pearl Vision because my new insurance only worked at a few places. I purchased a pair of glasses and had fast friendly service. I have many dogs and had to bring them back to have frame adjusted, I had 4 other pairs to illustrate how my dogs have been with glasses. Katy was working and she fixed all my glasses and gave me extra cases so if one breaks in car I won't have to super glue it to drive home. Thank you Katy I'll probably see you again soon.

I've had to go back once already to get my prescription fixed. Now, my contacts still aren't the right prescription. Since I haven't even picked up the contacts that I ordered, I just asked that I get my old prescription back. I already paid for the contacts that are the wrong prescription, and they're STILL at the store! I'm not asking for free service, all I want is to either get my money back or get contacts in the right prescription. Pearle Vision customer service was great, but this office is very rude and inconsiderate.

This is NOT a kid friendly place. The doctor was extremely rude and extremely impatient with my child. My child is incredibly shy and this doctor had zero patience with her. He also made not so kind comments about her as well. I've heard this doctor is very good, but if you intend to get treated nicely, this isn't the place to go. The front office staff is incredibly nice and very helpful.

I'm appalled at the run around I got from pearl vision.. they ended up double charging me.. I attempted almost daily and every time I got the run around.. I'm a single mom that can't afford 1200 dollars taken away from me.. they didn't take any accountability and still haven't I've been waiting since march..
