My experience was poor. Purchased two pair of frames and lenses for 1300$. First pair took 4 return visits to get them fitted properly and there was a chip in the titanium frames. Second pair I left with pliable bent up frames that didn't look good nor sit straight on my face - no return policy. Shrug. Lenses on second pair did not match my first pair so now I have to left my head to see phone and with blurry spots throughout the progressive. Horrible quality of lens and frame. I Spent 4 hours trying to straighten out the frames adjusting nose and tips. When I left Albright, Even the nose piece connecting the two lenses was bent improperly,Below average quality lens and very poor quality frames made by OGI, also poor quality control at Albright,It is obvious when they put the lenses in they bent up the frames. On a good note, Michael tries hard to accommodate but with the second pair he even shrugged. And then there's that price tag. Use modern eye.

Shortly after my very first visit there I was involved in a very bad car accident. Surgery and recovery was needed. Months later I reached out to the good folks at Albright and they showed such concern that it truly moved me. One would think that due to such care and concern that I had been a patient there for years. The entire staff there has been in my experience friendly, professional, and detailed in what they do. In particular Brent was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose frames that fit my face and were fashionable. He was not pushy and never made me feel rushed. I would highly recommend you guys today and in the future. Thank you.

Both Tammy and Chris are extremely nice, knowledgeable and personable, very great experience going there for several years. Truly kind and personal care, that will save money, problems and hassle. Highly recommend.

So I miss Therapy over personal feelings. The address was there. I been going through this same unease customer service over and over. My job is to show up and conduct business not entertain nothing should be personal. And because of that with the address given 2 times if you had look . Am out of Therapy today. So not on me , on you

Very great place for glasses. They have lots of options as far as frames, and they take care of very nicely. They have no problem Adjusting your frames, they like to make sure they fit you just right before you leave, and you can always come back to readjust. Very friendly people

Just picked up my new glasses yesterday and absolutely love them. Dr Christopher Esh did a thorough eye exam, answering questions patiently. He is also a talented woodworker and made amazing tables in the eyeglass showroom/waiting room. Michael helped me with my new glasses, I had picked out my frames quickly. Service was excellent and friendly. Got a call when my lenses were taking a little longer than the estimated time. Thank you Albright for a positive experience

I had a wonderful first experience with Dr. Tammy Esh! I appreciated her gentle, kind nature during the exam. Everyone was very kind and helpful while I selected my glasses. Highly recommend!

Albright Opticians stock a nice selection of up-to-date frames. They are attentive and helpful without being overbearing. My flex spending account was unavailable while the company that administrates the plan worked out an IT problem with my card. Albright patiently held the frame I chose while awaiting the go-ahead to run the card. They were also aware of my insurance plan and help me best utilize the funds available. At pickup they noticed a very minute scuff to the frame which was not readily apparent to me, ordered a replacement frame, texted me when it arrived and promptly switched it out for the new one. Great service!
