I had to write a review, this place is phenomenal, Dr Frank is amazing, attentive, shows great customer service and makes sure you understand everything. The staff are very good as well, friendly and welcoming. Definitely check them out for your vision. You won't be disappointed

The customer service is horrible at centerville and Fruitville pike locations. I have gone to both of these offices to give them a fair assessment and both times sat for over 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, which isn't horrible but the workers were not busy with other patience. They had issues with my prescription until the Dr. pointed out they had the wrong prescription, after which I had already handed them my ID. To add to the issue, which was the last straw, my 2 week old glasses lost a nose piece. Not a big deal again so I stopped by and waited again for 20 minutes, even after I told them I just needed a nose piece. After 20 minutes of waiting they told me they couldn't take care of me and I had to make an appointment. Here we go again, I made an appointment and showed up 5 minutes early as I always do and waited 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I decided I had wasted enough time on this company and was able to search the internet and find the nose piece online. Should have done this in the first place rather than waste their employees precious time. The manager did call me to see if she could help but I was home already and I live 15 minutes away. Unfortunately I feel this is the way customer service has gone no one cares about customers anymore and customers are no longer the priority anywhere.

Great doctor that worked with my son. Organization itself is VERY rude. Queen Street location was a horrible experience making my daughter's (age 6 at the time) appointment last 2 hours and me late for work. Doctor there did not know what they were doing. Worked with Belmont and all was fine until they texted me about some Davis insurance (we dont belong to) they dont take and how we are no longer able to go there. So it's either 20 mins to Queen St (location we dont like) or 40 minutes to York. If the organization takes insurance at one location it is very odd different locations would or would not accept it. Anyway, still received endless texts about appointments for him at Belmont even though it seemed they dropped us??? Mind you there is another location closer to us that would have worked. It wouldnt matter so much if my son didnt have such a serious eye problem where the doctor he was with had a serious plan for him. Going somewhere else completely now rather than deal with that.

I arrived NINE minutes last for my appointment and they stated I had to reschedule. I understand they are running a business/schedules, but try to be a little more accommodating of others who also work and have schedules. Most offices call and ask ETA and if the appointment needs to be rescheduled, they let the client know BEFORE arriving. Also, their eyeglass prices are way more expensive than other places. Doctors are very professional and kind, but the staff, not so much.

Found the best pair of glasses! The staff is so kind and thorough in explaining everything!! Glad I switched to Yealy!

Everytime I go there they are all very friendly knowledgeable helpful and take extra care and time for all of my questions and concerns.
