Dr. Donnelly is probably the most caring doctor I have ever met. Every appointment was thorough and informative. The entire staff was caring and compassionate. You didn't feel like just another patient. I would recommend Eye Doctors of Lancaster to anyone in need of eye care.

Dr.Donnelly and his entire staff at Eye Doctors of Lancaster was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! I was nervous and a little scared, but EVERYONE had the utmost patience,time and care for my feelings, questions and care. Wonderful experience and professionalism!

I recently had cataract surgery, Lancaster Eye Care and Dr.Steven Donnelly specifically were amazing! I have never had such a great experience at a doctor's office! Every single person I dealt with and Dr. Donnelly were so nice and kind every time I went! It's a very nice office, clean and comfortable. As you probably can tell I would highly recommend this office and Doctor if you ever find yourself needing eye surgery!

Having caderacts in both eyes is like looking through the "haze" ALL of the time and it was getting worse, very fast for me. My eye doctor, Rebman Eyecare in Elizabethtown, sent me to The Eye Doctors of Lancaster. Once there I was introduced to three main people. Ashley Forbes, the executive director, showed me the different types of lenses that were available and set me up on various schedules. I picked the light adjustable lenses, which can be adjusted once INSIDE the eye. (Yes, you read that correctly). Dr. Steven Donnelly was the surgeon who installed the lenses and also did the adjustments as needed. Dr. John Wetherhold was the person I would see before any adjustments were made. He would check the eyes and prep them before any adjustments plus any previous adjustments. Great care and abilities from all. Technology at its greatest. My eyes have the ability to see clearer close and far with every detail that is alive again, colors are much bolder, something I didn't realize I had lost. I am very happy with the service I received. I read most of their website. People who care and are faith driven. It put a smile on my face. Thanks to all who helped me through this journey.

Dr Donnelly and his staff earned the highest rating I can give after having both cataract removal surgeries completed. I experienced zero pain, not even discomfort! The entire staff treated me with professionalism, respect and kindness. The results of these surgeries have surpassed all expectations. I am so pleased with the results. I put off cataract surgery as long as possible. Who wants surgery on eyes! I was sent to Dr Donnelly at Eye Docs of Lanc. It was determined that I could have both eyes done on the same day and it could not have worked out better for me. After wearing glasses from age 6, seeing very well with only readers at age 80 is a real treat! Also, it is not always easy to find a doctor who is skilled AND has excellent bedside manner. I found this kind of physician at Eye Doctors of Lancaster.

Having cataract surgery was quite scary and serious for me. I have been extremely near- sighted most of my life. From the 1st appointment to the 1st and 2nd surgery I was impressed with the care and detail to my eyes. This is inclusive of Dr Donnelly, the surgical team and receptionist at the office. Thank you to the whole team for making my experience exceptional .

First of all, Michele and Wendy are my favorite front desk crew! I look forward to seeing them every time I go to Eye Doctors of Lancaster. And Dr. Shaw is just the best- kind and competent; I trust him on everything eye related. Finally, I have to mention Dr. Wetherhold, Robin, Brooke, Bonnie (I know I am missing some people I should include) -- but I was in the office multiple times after my eye surgery and everyone took good care of me and they were so professional and caring. I 100% recommend this office.
