The Eye Exam was great; appointments easy to make online. The technicians led me through the onsite and virtual testing and consultation with the optometrist. Great price, great service.

Picked up Opticians business card on way out of the store. Optician said" here is the site information.... it has all the information you need there". Anyway, the Website is horrible. Contains basically zero information except for frame prices. Clicked exam area..... site wants you to sign up for appointment.... How much does the exam cost??? How much does it cost to make the lenses? Zero info about lenses either. Just terrible website design. Seems to be vague on purpose. Very odd.

Excellent choice for a second eye exam. They heard me and took their time. They were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I felt confident when I left that they had resolved my blurry eyes issue with my glasses and contact strain.

Great experience,the staff was friendly and helpful and it's funny that a virtual doctor was actually more thorough then other in person doctors that I have experienced before.. Definitely recommended them..

The tech was great. She explained everything. My 1st time doing a virtual optometrist appt. Was no different. Just talked to them on screen. The guy who helped me get glasses picked out was awesome. Very honest...I liked that!

I had a very nice person to assist my exam and take me through the process. She was very patient and helpful. The problem I have and intend to hopefully get addressed is when fitted for my glasses after they arrived I immediately notice a problem with the lenses and was told that's just the way they are now ( if I hold my eyes fixed on something and tilt or turn my head the slightest the glasses immediately went blurry ). I'm not satisfied with the strength of the lenses as they aren't as focused as my old lenses. Hopefully I can easily get these things resolved quickly and conveniently John S.

Online appointment scheduling was easy. Staff is friendly and attentive. Eye exams are virtual but I felt it was thorough. They are not pushy with selling frames. After my exam, I originally ordered glasses online, from a different company, that didn't work out for me. Carolyn helped me through out the entire time over multiple visits and really did a fantastic job. She adjusted the glasses I bought online for free and even checked them to make sure they were made correctly. I was having difficulty seeing clearly with them. She found a mistake had been made. I ended up returning those glasses and purchasing glasses here. Since I had issues with the previous glasses, she double checked my prescription was correct before ordering my glasses, which I really appreciated. The new glasses arrived within a week from ordering and I love them! Carolyn, thank you so much for your assistance. It's so nice to be helped by someone who cares.

They take their time to answer any questions before, during & after the exam. It is a very thorough exam as well. Thank You to everyone! Keep up the good work.
