Dr Silbert's performance was impressive! Was very understanding to answer all my questions, very kind & has patience. Was thorough, knowledgeable & professional to deal with. The staff were all accommodating & friendly. I cant forget Julie, she worked patiently too, very kind & understanding & advised me thoroughly. She's a good scheduler & I felt she's a family member to me. I would recommend Dr. Silbert & all the staff of Conestoga Eye! Keep up the good work!
I decided to give Conestoga Eye a chance since my current eye doctor no longer accepts my insurance. I was a little weary since the last time I had to go to a new eye doctor, experience was anything but good. I'm glad I did because I had such a positive experience! Dr. Olga was so friendly and thorough. She took the time to go over everything with me and really made sure I was getting the best exam possible since my prescription is pretty strong. Victoria at the front desk was incredible and was so incredibly patient with me when going over costs and options. NVA Insurance is pretty horrible with what they do and don't cover, and she took the time to go over multiple options with me to make sure I was comfortable with the decision I made. I'm excited to continue to go back.
I was very pleased with the level of service I received during my visit. Everyone was professional, courteous, and explained, ina detail, what they were doing while they did it. The only recommendation I have is for the front desk to be on the same page as Dr. Olga Merdiuszew was relative to receiving quotes for specialized treatments for severe dry eye. The front desk told me that they would check with Dr. Merdiuszew, as they weren't aware of the 2 companies that offered "Intense pulsed light" treatments at their office, and get back to me with quotes. I have not received this information yet, >24 hours post appointment.
Dr. Woodall is great. Appointments never feel rushed. She and her staff make you feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She takes time to listen, answer questions, and explain options. Office is modern, but comfortable. Staff is personable and helpful!
My son is Autistic/ADHD, and he can be a handful, but the staff here were AMAZING with him. I cannot remember the First Lady's name that we seen, but she was super kind, took her time with my kiddo, and made him feel comfortable. She didn't get upset that my kiddo wouldn't hold still, etc. The same for Dr. Berteramo! Dr. Berteramo was so patient with him, took her time with him, and was just overall great! I loved that she felt better about not waiting to dilate his eyes (Astigmatism of both eyes), until a further date, and preferred to do it while we were there, especially since his Astigmatism is at the level it is. I felt like my concerns were heard, but above all, I felt respected, as well as my son. The optician that helped me order my son's glasses, took her time explaining everything to me, and also didn't get upset that my son kept trying to go behind the counter. Overall, it was a great experience for a worried mom, AND a kiddo who gets overwhelmed easily.
The staff and Dr. Silbert were pleasant, displayed a command of their tasks in asking me questions and doing eye measurements, and explaining the nature of the proposed surgery. The experience was positive.
From check-in to departure everything was efficient with short wait times. The examination of my current status was explained clearly with a suggested plan to address the issues. I am prepared for the next step.
I find the professionalism of the staff to be excellent. Each step of the visit is carefully explained, and questions are answered completely. Dr. Woodall is great! She gives clear explanations of what is happening with my eye health, which I greatly appreciate. She is comforting and encouraging.
