Had a great experience all around with Dr K and his staff. Both surgeries went well and my spouse has greatly improved vision as a result. The office staff is welcoming, pleasant and professional. All phone calls were returned promptly and printed materials were given for reference regarding meds and timing. I am writing to you following a deeply distressing experience I had on February 6th at 2:45 PM during an Argon Laser Trabeculoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Thomas F. Kruleweski. My intention is not to lodge a formal complaint at this time, but rather to share my experience in the hope that improvements can be made to ensure other patients receive a more comfortable and respectful experience. The procedure began with insufficient explanation of what to expect. Dr. Kruleweski assured me that topical anesthetic drops provided adequate pain relief. However, this proved insufficient. The placement of the weighted apparatus in my right eye, coupled with the demand that I keep my eye open throughout the procedure, caused significant discomfort. I struggled to maintain my eye open without breaks, and despite my best efforts, I uncontrollably blinked, causing the apparatus to fall out. This event led to a sharp escalation in Dr. Kruleweski's demeanor. His response to my obvious pain was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging my discomfort and exploring alternative pain management options, he became irritated, expressing concern only for his schedule and suggesting I should have preemptively taken Tylenol, without assessing whether or not that medication would have been effective in my case. His lack of empathy and failure to adjust his approach based on my expressed pain were deeply upsetting. The entire experience was profoundly negative, leaving me with lasting feelings of anxiety and dissatisfaction regarding my treatment. I felt vulnerable and unheard throughout the procedure.

My experience with Dr K has exceeded my expectations. The office staff and those in the surgery center treated me with an abundance of care and concern. After having both cataracts removed my vision was restored to perfection. There were very minimal wait times when I had an appointment and the actual procedures occurred very much on schedule. Any questions after the procedures were answered over the phone in detail. The Doctor was very professional, skilled, and attentive. Five stars is deserved.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas Krulewski for many years, first having my cataract surgeries and recently having laser surgeries for my diagnosis of glaucoma. I go every three months for him to check my eye pressure levels, and I find him always to be very professional and pleasant. His staff is outstanding as well. I highly recommend him!

Needed cataract removed from left eye. No issues with surgery or afterwards. Dr. K and his staff are so friendly and informative. Very courteous. Great office and care. Definitely will be going back to Dr K's practice when the other eye demands attention.

Dr. Krulewski did a great job! The day after cataract surgery on my right eye my uncorrected vision was 20/30. The day after cataract surgery on my left eye my uncorrected vision was 20/25. I can see at a distance better than I could with my glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Krulewski for cataract surgery and all vision needs.

I call doctor Krulewski a miracle worker. My cataract surgery was a success and he was absolutely amazing. The surgical center was amazing as well and all of the nurses and attendants were phenomenal. I highly recommend Dr. Krulewsi and the surgical center. You can't go wrong!

Today, I am in gratitude for my 20/20 vision in both eyes, without glasses. Dr. Krulewski is a rare find as a surgeon, MD, Ph.D, to be trusted when you need help with cataracts. Ten years ago, I had both cataracts removed and a state of the art intraocular lens inserted. It is now ten years later, and I benefited again from an easy, painless laser procedure that restored me to being "better than new."
