I recently needed to find a new eye doctor following the retirement of the physician I had seen for many years. From the very first phone call to Dr. Liang, I knew I had made the right choice. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait months for an appointment and was able to be seen within a week. When I arrived at Liang EyeCare, I immediately noticed the attention to detail and the professionalism of the staff. Patients were treated with genuine care and respect, which made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Liang took the time to truly listen to my concerns and carefully walked me through each step of the exam, making sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the thorough and thoughtful approach. I highly recommend Liang EyeCare for all of your eye care needs, including glasses and contact lenses.

Great experience each time I go there. I had a tricky situation with my exam and Dr. Liang was patient and worked with me till we got the correct prescription. Also , recently had an issue with one of my lenses and they took care of it promptly. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

I've been going to Dr. Liang for years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Lancaster at this point. It's always easy to get an appointment, I never have to wait past my appointment time to be seen, and he's dialed in my vision better than anywhere else I've gone. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I took my mom to get an eye exam done. My first impression is that Dr. liang was not very welcoming. The wait time was appropriate. However, when it was time for my mom's eye exam, he only really spoke to me since her English wasn't very good. Her primary language is Spanish). He also didn't explain what he was doing during the eye exam and my mom didn't even realize she was getting her eyes dilated. Once the exam was over, it was time to pick out glasses. Her insurance only covered $100. The receptionist was very nice in explaining the cost and helping us see which were the cheapest glasses. At the end of it all, we decided to not get her glasses because the price was too much. At the end of her visit, all Dr. liang said was "you can go now." To me he seemed upset that we wasted his time. We will not be returning.

Got some exams and contacts. I really liked this little place. Gives you that "vintage eye doctor" vibe, which I prefer. The doctor and the person at the front desk were super helpful. Doctor yelled at me a little bit, but I was arguing with him for something that wasn't good for my eyes. I really enjoyed the straight and direct approach. I've been to two other places in the area, and it usually feels like a clinic or a conveyor belt for profits. No heart. It felt like this dude cares about people's eyes in the way that car enthusiasts care about their hot rods. Will be back.

I saw Doctor Liang again today and was treated with the most professional care available in the optometry business. As always, Doctor Liang and his associates work professionally and take great care of you. I want to thank them for their care!

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment and was late about 5 minutes because of traffic but the amount of attitude this man had as soon as I got there is beyond me. Before even greeting me he started telling me how everything has to be on time, which I totally understand. After that he went straight to equipments without even explaining or asking me any type of hx about my eyes/symptoms or anything. I am a nurse so I work in healthcare and aware that some days are bad in your personal life and it affects how you interact with patients but that does not give you a right to treat people like trash. While he was doing my exam I was telling him what I see, like you're supposed to do, but it's like he wanted me to tell him something else. If it's blurry I am supposed to tell you so you can give me the correct prescription. As a doctor you're supposed to adress your pts needs and meet them where they're at. If what I was telling you that I see confused you, there is a way to communicate that so we can both be on the same page without you raising your voice and acting so annoyed. Sir I advise you to change your attitude because whatever that is neither good for you or your customers, no matter what's going on you don't need to be rude to patients so blantantly, they don't deserve that at all. I hope you see this and really think on it, thank you.

Dr. Liang and staff were excellent in meeting our eyeglass needs. We received our glasses super fast and Dr. Liang spent considerable time in adjusting the glasses to fit. You will not be disappointed.
