Physicians are great. Wait times are horrible. Expect at least a 2 hour visit. 3 different rooms. Sets timer for 10 minutes, comes back in 1/2 hour. This has been for every visit. I can't believe they are always behind for every visit. Leave plenty of room for your visit. A person was 2 hours late for their appointment and they still got seen right away. Not fair to people who were there on time.

I had an excellent experience from first contact to final exam after two cataract surgeries. Every single person I encountered was not only professional, but also kind and considerate! Called for an appointment due to concerning eye issue. Practice refused to see me due to being a new patient. I was seen by a different doctor in this practice in the past that is retiring. Therefore I am NOT a new patient. I did not have issues that required a specialist to return. I was refused an appointment. Definitely a lack of compassion and professionalism by office staff.

As a long-term patient at Manning, Rommel, and Thode Associates, I have always received great care and been impressed with the Doctors and their staff. All great people (with special recognition to Bobbi Jo who assisted me today. She was caring, professional, and explained everything clearly to me and my Son who accompanied me to the visit). Sadly not the same experience with the new Dr.! Impersonal, rude, condescending, and abrupt. While I received appointment quickly (which was appreciated), would recommend (and personally will IF I return) wait for opening with Dr. Manning, Dr. Rommel, or Dr. Thode.
