Owner gave me a price of around $300 for new lenses which I thought he was going to bill my insurance the same price. NO, instead he maxed out my allotted $600 budget for the year and I went to get prescription sunglasses at another place only to find out my insurance remainder was zero. I had to wait for the new year to get them. I asked him for a receipt and refused to give me one, now I know why, he didn't want me to see that he charged even more than the quote so he knew he was doing me wrong. He owes me a refund!!!

Been coming here for years, always an amazing experience with staff and Dr. Hudish is great. Accommodating service and a wide variety of frames available. Great to support a family business.

I have to give one star bc I was told the price of one used temple piece was $48 on the phone. When I came in person and after the temple was replaced, the price was raised to $70. The phone employee supposedly told me an incorrect price; nevertheless, I had to pay for her lack of knowledge. The owner(s) should have been wise business people and honored the quoted price. The employee who waited on me was very pleasant, but conviviality doesn't help monetarily. Miller Optical lost all future business from me, and I will tell all my friends.

Update, I returned to have a pair of sunglasses made. They used one of my own frames and placed high quality lenses in my frame. In addition I was super surprised to get them quickly because I was going away on vacation. I am so fortunate to do business with a local business who has truly made efforts to give outstanding customer service to clients. I highly recommend this business. I am new to the area and broke my glasses today. My glasses were purchased in another state, they said come on in and we'll see what we can do. It didn't matter that my frame was purchased somewhere else. They were able to repair my glasses! My frame was totally broken on the left side. I was amazed they could fix them! There was a small fee of $15, which I gladly paid. Also, I was also able to purchase a brand new pair of glasses at a very reasonable price with all the perks. The staff was wonderful & helpful. I highly recommend this establishment.

I would not recommend misdiagnosed me and within a year I could hardly see because my cataracts were so bad

If you need your glasses repaired....GO HERE! I accidentally broke my glasses during a snowstorm and went in. Dr. Miller repaired them in minutes. He also adjusted my glasses to better fit my face. I saved so much money going here instead of a big name retailer. Check out their selection of glasses too. 100% recommended.

Went to the store, which has a nice sized parking lot by the way, to have them look at repairing a year old pair of Ray Ban and Hugo Boss glasses. They fixed the nose pad on the Ray Bans and twisted the frame of the Hugo Boss glasses to get them back in line. Very friendly people, great service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I went here to have the frames of my glasses fixed...Miller's got them done in 2 minutes! (I thought the frames were goners!) They were so helpful and pleasant, I would def recommend them!
