I had a wonderful experience at Modern Eyes. I fell and broke my glasses, and they got me in the same day for an eye exam so I could get new ones. Everyone there was so kind, friendly, and helpful! Thank you, Emily, Kaila, and Kelly for taking so much of your time to help me pick out new frames, and Kaiden for gluing my broken glasses so I could wear them until my new ones came in! They all went above and beyond to help me! I highly recommend Modern Eyes! And the owners are so nice, too!

Had a wonderful experience today at modern eyes. I had my eye exam early this morning and got a new prescription. I then was able to pick out two frames with lots of help and advice from the employees with what would suit me best. Everyone was super kind and personable and answered any and all questions I had in depth. I then got an email later the same day that my glasses that they were ready for pickup already. I was so surprised it was ready so fast! When I picked it up they told me how their new employee Aiden, who is working in the lab, does very quality and efficient work. Definitely true! Great experience all around.

This is the BEST eyewear store around!!! I've been a customer for 10+ years and their frame selection is just amazing. The owners always have the latest styles available from around the world to suit just about every taste in eyewear fashion. I have the customizable and gorgeous Parisian Face & Cie frames and clip ons they sell and receive compliments on them all the time wherever I go. Most important, John and all the staff there provide stellar customer service with kindness and a smile. They are very patient with helping you pick the best frames to match your needs and taste. What a great experience. This was my first time visiting and ordering from Modern Eyes. My neighbor recommended I check them out and it was definitely worth the drive. Amazing selection of frames and Barb took the time to help me select frames that were a good fit for me. I probably had at least 18 frames and needed to narrow them down to 2. She was patient and very honest about each one. And, I had them within a week. Great service, amazing staff and the best selection I've ever seen (and not just your run of the mill frames). Fantastic store and staff! I recently had dropped a pair of Ray Bans and scratched the lenses. They were able to order replacements and they are as good/better than new. I highly recommend Modern Eyes!

I got glasses for the first time after I turned 40, and transitioned to bifocals the following year. I have had progressive bifocals ever since. I'm about to turn 54 and this was, by far, the best eye care experience I've ever had. From Kelly getting me checked in... to Dr. Hollenbach's exam... to Teresa helping me pick out frames and taking measurements... to my new glasses arriving a full week earlier than expected... to Jon getting me fitted into my new glasses... I can't recommend @moderneyesoptical highly enough.

I have two children that wear glasses and this office did a great job at making them feel comfortable and at ease about the exam and eye drops. Emily was very kind and helpful and goes beyond to make sure we found the correct glasses and helped me understand the financial part. Something that stood out to me was how kind the staff was and they smiled as they worked with you. Thank you, Modern Eyes!
