I got new glasses from Pearle Vision Lancaster a little over a month ago. Jaimie and Bryan were fantastic in helping me. Jaimie was patient and extremely knowledgeable when I took a long time to pick out the frames. Both of them answered all my questions about the glasses and insurance. My husband got glasses there too and he was happy with them. We will continue to use them for our supplies and will go back when we need glasses again.

Two parts to this review - both 5 stars - OPTOMETRY - Dr Hyatt - Careful, engaging, attentive. She knew her stuff and was pleasant without being too much. Would recommend her and the team at this store STORE TEAM - went out of their way to answer my questions and spend the time to get my glasses ordered. Well done. Thanks, y'all

Jaime was amazing. She helped me pick out beautiful glasses. She was very busy with many customers but she was kind and thorough with everyone. She went above and beyond to explain the benefits of the insurance plan and the replacement plan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. This location has a great selection to choose from and Jaime used the iPad to show me many colors that were available.

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the service I received during my recent visits to Pearle Vision. During my initial appointment, I selected Ray-Ban lenses and explicitly requested that my original polarized lenses be returned to me. I was informed that "the lab does not return them." I clarified that the lenses are my property and were paid for in full, only to be told, rather dismissively, that "sometimes they do, sometimes they don't." I reiterated that the lenses belong to me and must be returned; otherwise, I would consider the failure to do so to be equivalent to withholding my property. When I returned to pick up my prescription glasses, the prescription was completely incorrect. My vision was severely blurred, yet I was told that this was "normal" and that I simply needed to wear them for two weeks so my eyes could adjust. I expressed that this was not only unreasonable but also unsafe, and that the prescription clearly required correction. At that same visit, I again requested my original Ray-Ban polarized lenses. After repeatedly hearing the same response--that the lab does not return them--staff eventually went to the back and returned with a pair of polarized lenses that appeared used and were not Ray-Ban brand. This was unacceptable, as these were not the lenses I had submitted. At my follow-up appointment, the prescription was significantly revised, and I requested a new frame along with clear instructions to return my original polarized Ray-Ban lenses with the completed order. I sincerely hope that upon picking up my glasses, both the prescription and the handling of my property will finally be resolved appropriately.

The nose piece had come off of my glasses and the post was painful. We stopped as we were walking at Park City and the man was so kind, put on two matching ones and cleaned my glasses. Bless you! And have a good week!

At the Pearle Vision store in Park City Center, Lancaster, I always have a great experience working with Michelle and Jamie. They are extremely helpful, give great advice, thoroughly answer all my questions, and are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this location for all your eyecare needs.

Waited over 30 minutes to be see even after I completed the new patient forms online. Dr. Hyatt and I specifically discussed my eye history and I shared my current lense package which are daily wears. She even looked at the lenses. When I met with the Pearle rep Michele to order lenses I kept asking if this was correct and she assured me she knew what she was doing and not worry even after I expressed numerous times regarding ordering 6 months supply of daily wears. I asked to see the order on screen fur which she could not do but gave me a total and said I was getting a great deal. But I still didn't think the order was correct. The lenses were ordered and a week later a box arrived and turns out the order was wrong and instead of receiving 6 months of daily's I only received 6 pair and they are monthly's. Also, after I returned to the store to share what had happened, they didn't seem at all apologetic and it may be a coincidence but I'm not able to access the survey now to share my experience so I'm sharing here. Will not use Pearle Vision or recommend them.

Dr Hyatt was very nice and personable. Getting frames was not a hassle and the staff helped me pick my frames and choose lens options on a budget. I've been going to this store for years and will keep going back!
