Pearle Vision Doctors of Optometry - Park City Center

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the service I received during my recent visits to Pearle Vision. During my initial appointment, I selected Ray-Ban lenses and explicitly requested that my original polarized lenses be returned to me. I was informed that "the lab does not return them." I clarified that the lenses are my property and were paid for in full, only to be told, rather dismissively, that "sometimes they do, sometimes they don't." I reiterated that the lenses belong to me and must be returned; otherwise, I would consider the failure to do so to be equivalent to withholding my property. When I returned to pick up my prescription glasses, the prescription was completely incorrect. My vision was severely blurred, yet I was told that this was "normal" and that I simply needed to wear them for two weeks so my eyes could adjust. I expressed that this was not only unreasonable but also unsafe, and that the prescription clearly required correction. At that same visit, I again requested my original Ray-Ban polarized lenses. After repeatedly hearing the same response--that the lab does not return them--staff eventually went to the back and returned with a pair of polarized lenses that appeared used and were not Ray-Ban brand. This was unacceptable, as these were not the lenses I had submitted. At my follow-up appointment, the prescription was significantly revised, and I requested a new frame along with clear instructions to return my original polarized Ray-Ban lenses with the completed order. I sincerely hope that upon picking up my glasses, both the prescription and the handling of my property will finally be resolved appropriately.

The doctors are responsive and professional. The people who work in this office have consistently been friendly and helpful to me, my husband and both of my kids when choosing glasses frames and the right lenses. Highly recommend this particular store. We have been coming here for many years.

They're great for getting lenses quick, but I would never recommend for anything else. Went here for an eye exam, I brought up my issue with the doctor, and he literally ignored me. I tried to bring it up again, and before I knew what was happening he had brought me to be checked out. Obviously just going through the motions of a prescription update, and that's not even why I was there. 10/10 for convenience and quality of glasses, but find somewhere else for your eye exam.

The ladies in the front of Pearle Vision were complete professionals and very easy to work with. They were extremely helpful when it came to picking the correct styles and lenses. I highly recommend a visit for all your eye wear needs.

I went for a contact prescription appointment. Then I found out she required a waiting period to receive my prescription. I had to wear my trial pair of contacts for one week and return for another appointment to "check" the contacts. I arrived for my 1120 "contact check" and two people were taken ahead of me for glasses prescription appointments. I wasn't seen until nearly 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I asked the desk why i was even required to go back and get checked. All I wanted was my prescription. I have worn contacts for 20 years and I have NEVER EVER been made to wait for the prescription like this. I will not return to this business.

The optometrist was thorough, the optician was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the store was clean and their selections were great.

I do not normally leave reviews, but I was tempted to leave a review for Dr. Rohrlick due to the fact that the service was so superior, yet her google rating does not reflect this. I was greeted by great service and had an informative and thorough exam. She was extremely patient and kind, and the receptionist was polite. I will definitely be back for my yearly eye exams.
