Awesome customer service. Chris M. Was exceptional. I would drive the 45 miles again just to have this VisionWorks as my primary. They helped replace parts on glasses I was ready to throw away. Thanks guys!

I'm a new resident of Lancaster PA from out of state. This morning my glasses frame broke. I can't see without my glasses. I called visionworks to #1 to see if they could fix my glasses #2 to make an appointment for an eye exam, so I could buy a new pair. The customer service rep. told me I was in luck! They had a 12:30 opening. I assumed she meant to see an optometrist. Nope it was to have my glasses repaired. She then told me I could get an exam on 4/22 at their first opening. She also told me that they could not fix my glasses since I didn't buy them at Total Vision Care. So the callended. After I hung up I called back and asked if there was anywhere I could go to get my glasses fixed in Lancaster? I mean I am new to this state. She told me to Google it. Well I must apologize to the young lady because I am assuming she was following some corporate guidelines. I ended up going to Miller Optical.They welcomed me with open arms, Repaired my glasses and I was able to purchase a brand new pair which I will get in 2 weeks. Bad customer service Vision Works, I can understand saying no to a local. But leaving a new member of the community half blind for 2 weeks was horrible! Sale me glasses, but not do the repair so I could see until the new ones arrive. However I am so pleased to have found a local caring place that helped out a new resident caught in a tuff bind.

This is a busy retail office, but it's worth the wait. Plan to wait 5-10 minutes, shopping for glasses (great selection especially for kids), but they work hard and get you in and out. The glasses arrive quick and they provide exceptional service if anything goes wrong. My son is tough on glasses and they are always happy to fix them up!

I'm happy overall with the care that we receive. The doctors are great with the kids and the office team is friendly both over the phone and during appointments. At times I have been frustrated with the wait time between the eye exam and assistance in selecting and ordering the frames/lenses but then I always appreciate the time they spend helping us without rushing us along.

My experience here before has been pretty good until today. I got in and everything went smoothly until I finished with the doctor and was time to get my kids and my glasses. I was standing there for almost 45 mins and nobody helped me while there was people coming in and out fast. They put someone before me that came after me, they first didn't even do the papers right and almost had me paying out of pocket and then after I got my glasses I had to wait literally another 45 mins until I was helped. I normally wouldn't care but I had 3 kids under the age of 10 who were crazy to get out of there. I don't think I will ever go back.

The customer service sucks!!! I bought two pair of glasses for my son last year and they both came with a warranty...it would be nice if they kept the records straight cause hes not in the system and now my son is without glasses until i can get someone else to supply him with a pair...not only that but whoever answered the phone was completely rude and argued the point with me...i had to take my paperwork to them and show them yes he was seen here and they still wouldnt honor the warranty....my suggestion is do not go to this place....the drs and other ppl who help are nice but they really need to work on who is responsible to maintain records and customer service...that alone turned me away from them for good

Just went in to get prices today.. no one said anything as I walked in. No one asked was I being helped. So I purposely waited to see if that would ever happen. It didn't. ...2 workers made eye contact and quickly looked away. But whenough a Caucasian lady walked in she was quickly greeted before the front door even closed... I just shook my head and left. Bunch of crap there anyway! !

Whoever does the eye exams needs to have one as well! I've had nothing but problems and a run around since I purchased my eyewear at the Galleria Mall location. My prescription is still wrong and when I confronted the store manager about the problem I was told I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN! Excuse me but I paid the $488 for their knowledge of obticle and what would be best for me! I cannot do my job effectively now because I CAN'T SEE!
