I continue to see questionable reviews on vision works however I had a wonderful experience. The young lady who worked with me (Jessica) was very very helpful. I got my glasses in a weeks time. When I went to pick them up Jessica made sure they fit properly. A GREAT experience. I will continue to go to visionworks.

Avoid this office at all costs! I have been waiting for four whole months to get an updated prescription for my contacts due to the incompetence of the staff here. First they ordered trial contacts that didn't actually match my eyesight. Then they told me they ordered a second pair of trial contacts but didn't actually place the order. When I called to check on the order, the staff told me it was delayed without actually checking my account to see that the order had never been placed. I had to go in person to the office to get them to properly check my account and place the order for my trial contacts. I was stuck wearing my glasses for almost three months because of the poor service here. To top it all off, I have had to wait at least a half hour for every appointment I have had here. I have wasted so much time trying to deal with this office!!!
