I had a fantastic experience here! It may sound silly, but I can honestly say that out of the MANY eye appts I've had over the years, I have never had one that stood out, in a positive way anyway. I have never felt compelled to write a review either, but every single person that I dealt with, was so pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable! I'm sure they thought I was a bit on the cray cray side, because I kept telling them how amazed and thankful I was, lol.

I had a virtual visit with the optometrist. Very thorough! I was extremely impressed. A little bit of a wait even though I had an appointment, but well with the wait. I found a pair of frames I liked, and the technician hooked me up with all the add-ons I wanted. All at a reasonable price. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience! Easy of making my appointment online. Receptionist was kind, thorough in helping me set up and pay for my glasses, doctor was attentive and genuinely cared about my eyesight with thorough examination and explanation of findings. I would definitely encourage my friends and family to go here!

Everybody was super friendly and very helpful from the exam just seeing the doctor and getting fitted for glasses and contacts. I would recommend this place to anybody! Great bunch of people!

Very disappointed. And sad to see another patient in the reviews have the same experience with the eye doctor that I had. I am unaware of her name but she is the doctor with red hair. My first experience at their location, her shortness was a bit harsh and took me aback. I was very uncomfortable and didn't say anything and tried to meet her with kindness. But my follow up appointment she was not only short again, but she cut me off after asking me to explain why the trials she gave weren't working for me. She didn't care for my answer. It was clear. I felt like a child being told not to speak anymore. I had asked questions because the trial, I had. affected me doing my work. I wanted to make sure these would be different. She wouldn't answer my simple questions. As I kept asking for clarity her shortness turned into rudeness. When I asked about the last prescription she gave me she literally said she didn't know what she gave me and didn't have that information... even with her tablet in hand. By then, my patience was gone, I finally spoke up. She was taken aback and she tried to apologize. She retreated as if I had offended her. I had no sympathy. She then later tells me she would feel more comfortable for me to see another doctor at another location. I agreed. But what is so sad in all this is that she can make me (or any patient) feel uncomfortable and also have the authority to tell them they will have to go to a different location. Not only dismissing her behavior but holding people to a different standard to hers when they speak up for themselves. I pray the next patients are met with kindness and compassion. I am thankful the front staff was willing to listen to me. Don't know what could be done but after I receive my order. I Will not be back.

They got me in and out including new frames within 30 minutes! They took me back early! Great experience I really appreciate their care!

Dr. Carpenter is outstanding at what she does. She's not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire exam. She takes the time to explain things in a way that's easy to understand and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Her friendly and welcoming personality makes the whole experience even better. I couldn't recommend her enough if you're looking for an eye doctor who truly goes above and beyond.
