Yealy Eye Care

I was originally referred here by the hospital ER. I was so impressed with the doctors and all of the staff. They were very sympathetic and concerned with my eye issues and were able to diagnose and get treatment for me. My husband and I are both switching to Yealy Eye Care for future visits. Photos show a difference of 4 days treatment

I recently brought my grandmother in to get new glasses, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was patient, kind, and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. They took the time to explain everything clearly, helped her pick frames that fit perfectly, and made sure all her needs were met without rushing us. It's not easy finding a place that treats older customers with this level of respect and care, but they truly went above and beyond. My grandmother left happy and excited about her new glasses and that meant everything to us. Highly recommend!

I wish I could have had the opportunity to come here after seeing all the good reviews. We changed insurance so this was the closest place for us. Unfortunately, we spent 3 weeks trying to get any kind of communication before giving up. They dont answer the phones. We have called and left messages. We have requested online to schedule an appointment. Radio silence. They had 0 communication. We gave up and went further somewhere else where we were seen within a week after calling.

They are awesome. They eye doctor cares she takes the time to make sure your seeing better. Other eye doctors told me to wear reading glasses with my contacts not here I have been back 2xs for them to make adjustments to make sure I don't have to wear reader's. Front staff was very nice too! Will go here from here on out

Love the Centerville location!! Staff was accommodating and kind. Was sent there from my original home store located at the Belmont but customer service there was HORRIBLE! I updated my address and phone number TWICE! (so I thought) and they still would call the old number. I then decided, hey! accidents happen right? WRONG!! I physically went in this time! Spoke w a lady. SHE WROTE DOWN MY NEW NUMBER AND ADDRESS! On a sticky note . I seen her ! Fast forward a week. I call just to see what's the status of my frames and guess what ? They never updated my info! Maybe she lost the sticky note. Maybe she entered in something wrong! Idk. I call again. This is when John the manager informs me that .. VERBATIM " I must've dropped the ball " because after I catch him up to speed , he informs me that he in fact remembers me calling and updating my info himself !! again . Shit happens. But don't pass the buck because you don't wanna deal with me! I was more than understanding!!! Anyone knows that appointments and orders for glasses and or contacts takes weeks! So imagine thinking your glasses are on their way and a weeks gone by ... whole time they aren't even ordered yet!??! Then imagine that happening TWICE! For context .. my glasses only had ONE temple for months !!! Once I got to Centerville their customer service was immaculate !!!! Everyone I dealt with was nice and friendly and polite! Kudos to the Centerville location

I went to my mother's eye appointment, and we found an excellent and kind site. They are very professional staff and Dr. Rudisill is a special person with us. Patients like us need spaces like this very resolutive and humble.

Im changing my review from negative to positive. I stopped in today to discuss something insurance related. The girls at the reception desk and another girl ( wish i had gotten her name) went out of their way to help me and even made a few phone calls. They even set me up with several weeks of samples until a solution is figured out! Only negative thing is when ever you call it goes to voice mail and takes several days for return calls

No one answers the phones or reads the texts or online appointment requests. Even if you can get someone to answer there are phone line issues. Based on other hilarious 1 star reviews it sounds like I lucked out by being totally unable to schedule an appointment.
