5 Stars - Excellent Service and Great Experience! My husband and I recently visited LensCrafters and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were especially pleased that they were open on a Sunday, which made it so convenient for our busy schedules. We both had our eye exams, including the extra testing, which was incredibly thorough. A special thank you to Jim, who went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood all of our options. I appreciate that he took the extra time to explain things clearly -- it made the whole process so smooth for me. We each ended up getting two pairs of glasses, and thanks to Jim, we received a discount on the second pairs. We also opted for transition lenses, which we're really looking forward to using. I got one pair for nearsightedness and another for farsightedness -- very happy with the personalized care. We are truly impressed with the professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. We will absolutely be returning, and we'll be recommending Jim and this location to our family and friends. Can't wait for our new glasses to arrive. I had an excellent experience at the LensCrafters in the Oxford Valley Mall. The eye exam with Dr. Nguyen was incredibly professional and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. She is highly knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend her. Additionally, the staff in the store were helpful, friendly, and patient while I was picking out frames. It was an overall great visit!"

The doctor was so amazing! Listened to all of my concerns about having issues with driving at night time and the glare. She knew that I was paying out of pocket and was able to locate a coupon for me for 50% off of my lenses and frames which helped tremendously. I definitely will be coming back to this location for all of my eye care needs.

I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about this eye shop. From the service guy when you check in, to the doctor and the staff selling glasses. Wow. Just wow. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great selection of eyeglasses. They even were able to make both my pairs in house the same day. They exceeded my expectations on some many levels!!!

All the employees there were very kind and welcoming and Dr. Ghuman was very knowledgeable and helpful with my eye exam, she was able to check my eyes and get me my prescription very quickly. Kevin was also extremely helpful and patient with me deciding on which glasses I would like and was even able to get them done on the same day!

Another year end last minute visit. I've been coming to this LC location for years and they always have a great selection of frames and fantastic customer service. Jim is incredibly helpful and patient. I would wait for him to work with me if needed.
