Front staff was absolutely amazing. She skillfully multitasked helping multiple customers, training a new employee and still providing personalized care and attention. I do wish there was more selection in frames took a while to find ones I likes. The only real complaint I have with the experience is I noticed after I left the contact lens script was written for the 8.6 base curve when it should be 8.4. Both my current lenses and the samples provided were 8.4 not 8.6. Hopefully this won't be problematic when I order lenses in the future. Outside of that minor thing looking forward to the call my new glasses are in.

This location has top tier customer service. I have switched eye doctors every year for the last 6 years because I haven't found a location with good customer service like I did with this Visionworks. The young man with glasses who works the lobby is AMAZING, super friendly, went above and beyond for me. Dr. Brodkin has a new patient for life, he was super friendly and made my first experience with contacts so comfortable. 10/10

I've been bringing my family here for years, so I was surprised by the disrespect I received from Theresa, the manager. I took time off work for my appointment, only to be told 'I don't have an appointment,' even though I showed multiple email confirmations. Theresa was rude and condescending, telling me 'What I need to understand.' She said my appointment confirmation emails were a reminder for my 2026 appointments (which were non-existent) and corporate messed up!... It made no sense!!! I called Corporate who confirmed that I did, in fact, have an appointment.
The way I was spoken to was unacceptable and they wasted my time as well as my PTO hours. I hope Visionworks ensures that their managers are properly trained to read and/or comprehend schedules and treat customers with respect. Thankfully, I was able to find a better establishment that shows kindness and doesn't waste peoples time.

Very disappointed with my experience today because of the front desk staff's rude and unprofessional behavior. I overheard the woman at the desk telling another patient that "people aren't friendly anymore since COVID" and that she no longer enjoys her job, which already felt inappropriate.
After waiting about 40 minutes to be seen, I asked for trial contact lenses because I didn't have my glasses or contacts with me and can't see without them. The assistant and provider said it was fine. When I went to leave, I was suddenly told I owed "her $50" for a contact fitting, something that was never explained beforehand. I thought I was only given trial contacts so I could see.
When I said I usually don't have a copay with Medicaid and didn't have my wallet, she spoke to me aggressively in front of other patients which was embarrassing and unprofessional. Communication and respect were completely lacking.
