My family and I have been going to this location since it was Family Vision and have stayed customers because Debbie is amazing! She is helpful and knowledgeable as we pick out frames, and she adjusts them perfectly. Maria at the front desk is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Spinnato is caring, thorough and detailed. She takes the time to explain everything and answer questions during the exam. I highly recommend all of them and this location!

Debbie is such a wonderful lady she is great at her job she definitely makes you feel comfortable and even when you don't feel so happy to have glasses she definitely makes some style and helps with you. I went here 4 years ago and I'm back from my other pair always very happy definitely will continue becoming back always so very welcoming and understanding thank you so much for always helping and being my eye designer glasses lol you rock. And Samantha as my eye doctor she did an amazing job as always really listens to you and your concerns. Been to her before definitely will be back again this is the second time I've been here always so pleasant love coming to a place that they listen care thank you to both ladies

A huge thank you to Debbie, the manager, who helped me pick out the best frames and was my hypewoman for nearly an hour. She made the whole process fun and stress-free!! I would give this MyEyeDr. location 5+ stars! Dr. Samantha Spinnato, OD is everything you want in an eye doctor--professional, patient, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and heard the entire visit. And I have to especially shout out Maria--she was wonderful from the moment I walked in. She helped me through the pre-exam and was so caring and gentle, explaining what she was doing and why each step mattered. She made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and her warm, calm personality instantly puts you at ease. She's not only helpful and efficient, but genuinely kind--just an all-around lovely person to interact with. Debbie, the store manager... where do I begin? She truly feels like the glue that holds the whole place together. People coming in and out of this location clearly know her well, and it's easy to see why. My personal experience with her was excellent: she's caring, patient, and really listens to what you want and need. She also gives thoughtful recommendations without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. This whole team is outstanding. Highly recommend this location--5+ stars all the way!

Every visit I have at this myeyedoctor location is great. Been going to this location since it was still Family Vision. Dr. Spinnato, OD is very professional and takes her time to clearly explain everything. She and her staff are very genuine and patient. As an example, two years ago, I started trying contacts and it took five visits over two months to get used to wearing them. Glad they didn't get sick of me. Shout out to Maria who is one of the nicest people ever and to Debbie who truly has an eye for helping choose out the perfect frames.

It was my first time as a patient and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire office and staff. The young woman at the front desk had the biggest smile and checked me in and made me feel right at home. Dr. Spinnato was extremely personable, answered all of my questions, and was efficient but didn't make me feel rushed. (I work from home so it was perfect to do on my lunch break!). And Debbie the manager is SO much fun. When it came to picking out frames, she was so much fun and makes you feel like you're shopping with your friend ! I forgot I was at the Eye Dr. because I felt like I could have kept talking to her for hours! Aside from the amazing staff, the office is immaculate. I have already recommended this location to all of my friends! I look forward to my next eye check up :)

I had a great experience with Dr. Samantha Spinnato and her entire office. Dr. Spinnato took the time to listen to my full medical background and made sure everything with my eyes was healthy and stable. She also scheduled a follow-up in a couple of months to keep track of any changes, which I really appreciated. The office staff was extremely helpful, organized, and easy to work with. They explained my insurance clearly, helped me stay within my price range, and even picked out glasses they thought I'd like. I'm pretty picky and hardly ever wear glasses, but they still helped me find a pair that fit my style and budget. Dr. Spinnato also updated my contact lens brand, and the new ones feel even better. I ended up getting a full year's supply, especially since the rebate makes it worth it. Overall, it's been a positive experience from start to finish, and I'm very glad I switched offices.

I received the best service from Shelby and Debbie! Shelby let me take my time to pick out a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. She thoroughly explained the lens options available and gave GREAT recommendations as far the styles I was looking for. When it came time to pick up the glasses, Debbie was subperb! She made sure both glasses fit my face properly, adjusting them accordingly to ensure they were not too tight or loose. From beginning to end I received excellent service and will definitely be going back when it's time for my next new pair of glasses.
