The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because going to the practice feels like going to an eye doctor factory, with people literally lined up to check in and a large waiting room with many waiting to be seen by the different doctors there. Because they move at the speed of lightening with patients, the wait time to be seen is actually very minimal. It's just that there's no personal feel - feels like they need to get people in and out as quickly as possible. That said, once I get to Dr. Seiber, she's very warm, despite having to work so quickly to get to all waiting patients. She's a great doctor, and I'm willing to deal with the eye doctor factory feeling because I definitely trust and like her - and that's most important to me.

I got to my appointment early and was taken early. Went through my prep and updated my records. The assistant was very nice and professional. I then saw Dr O'Conner whom I have been seeing for years. He is very thorough and a great doctor. Made my appointment for next year. I highly recommend this practice.

Always have a very positive experience. The waiting area is comfortable and the wait time is a short one. The staff at reception are welcoming and patient. The medical staff from technicians to doctors are fantastic. I, unfortunately, had a medical issue with my BP spiking and a team of medical personnel were on hand to monitor me. It was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this practice

My 15 month old saw Dr. Christian although we had to wait to be scheduled out far In advance I see why because she was so good with her I was amazed how well my daughter did. They have a great play room for kids while we waited for her eyes to dilate and be seen, my daughter didn't want to leave the room. All of the staff was super friendly and the Dr seemed super knowledgeable and knew how to easily break things down for me on my daughters diagnosis and treatment going forwatd. We're going back soon and I would recommend her 1000x to anyone in need.

The red-haired girl, Erin, was incredibly rude. I accompanied my mom to her appointment this morning. I asked her when she was taking down information if she needed the doctor's order with the diagnoses. She didn't understand the word "diagnoses", so I repeated it a few more times for her. She was so frustrated that she raised her voice and started to talk fast, and was rude for the rest of the intake session.
So I asked her why she was so upset and raised her voice, and why she has so much anger in her face, as her face was red and her eyes were glowing with anger, and she said, "Oh, my face is always like this."

In fact, she never properly introduced herself to us, so I had to ask for her name from other staff.
I accompanied my mom to her appointment on my day off, and I was cordial, so her attitude was completely uncalled-for and definitely unprofessional. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she was going through PMS, who knows? But that's still not a reason for unprofessional conduct at work towards patients and their caregivers.

Dr Melissa Sieber was very attentive to my concern and performed a thorough exam, explaining throughout the process. Her assistant was also very efficient and friendly with the preliminary exam. The front desk was helpful with checking and checkout. All in all, a great experience.
