Johnson Family Eye Care

Dr. Johnson is a good eye doctor, friendly doctor, and did a good exam. I wish I could give his practice five stars but I can't. Number one the staff who did my preexam was very rushed didn't even introduce herself. However as I said Dr. Johnson was a good doctor. But the experience with this office got even worse. I requested to have a pair of glasses that I already had to have new lenses put in so that I could have two pairs to use. The pair I gave them was a good pair only a year used, and nothing was loose on them. Additionally they were fully plastic frames which lenses just pop in and out. They sent these frames to the lab and I get a phone call about a week later with them telling me that the lab broke the frame and they are not liable. To note they never got my signature acknowledging this. They told me I could pick the broken frames up to use for parts, like really I have no other pair of glasses similar to this one. And I picked them up today to see they broke the temple, which no clue how you do that when you are only changing the lenses. To me this practice uses a lab that I question their competency and I think Dr. Johnson should consider using another lab. Also his staff could be more friendly. Sorry Dr. Johnson, you are a good doctor but other factors blew your chance of getting a five star review from me.

My entire family has been going to this office for YEARS. Dr. Johnson is the greatest! We appreciate him so much... And his staff are fantastic! They have gone out of their way to help with glasses and any issues we have ever had. Highly recommend!!!

I'm writing this review as a VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. THIS OFFICE HAS A VERY RUDE OFFICE STAFF. I had to have glasses lenses remade twice, my frame was bent by the staff (insertion of lenses), and when I finally had the right lenses put in a good frame, they scratched the one lens. I was treated like I was a liar and not supposed to be upset about any of this. I have never been treated so badly.... For clarification....the office doctor is great. He did try to help, but I won't deal with rude office staff. They acted like they were demeaning/ dismantling anything I said like the cool gal highschool clique. This is Not good customer service. This was over a 2 month period. Ridiculous.....

I highly recommend Johnson Family Eyecare! Dr. Johnson(Sr) truly cares about his patients. He has gone way above and beyond the call of duty with my eyes! I have not met his son, but I bet he is equally caring. So leave those eye "professionals" that triple and quadruple book and come see Dr Johnson!

If you're lookingFor an eye doctor look no further!!! I have keratoconus and have been to many eye doctors who could care less if I could see. Thank you Dr. Johnson for caring and giving me best eye exam I ever had. I can not wait to get my glasses!!!!

If it wasn't for Dr.B Johnson and his expertise,I would still be having worse issues with my eyes if not loosing my ability to drive or worse. The staff was great and very helpful. Thank you so very much.

Dr. Johnson is a good dr. He's a cool dude and very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him for all your eye care needs.
