I went in scared that something was seriously wrong. Therefore, this was a last minute appointment at which they got me in the very next morning, first thing, not getting the referral until 3 pm the day before. As a person who cleans homes notices things others don't see. This office was very clean. The lighting is comforting and the staff are very welcoming and informative. They let me know what was happening step by step. The doctor was empathetic towards my fear of what he was doing to my eye. The wait time was under 10 minutes and I think I was in and out in 30 minutes or less! I was actually so impressed with the flow of the office I am considering looking into employment

Dr. Santora and his staff are very efficient. I recently had cataract surgery and LAL implants which involved numerous office visits. The staff was especially kind, well-skilled and hustled to make sure patients were seen promptly. Dr. Santora's knowledge and ability to explain the procedure made me feel very comfortable and trusting of his expertise. I especially think it is commendable that Dr. Santora seeks out the latest technology available and acquires the proper certification, which ultimately enables his patients to receive treatment that is often not found in smaller communities. I'd highly recommend Meadville Opthamology.

Actually my husband is doing this review as he had the appointment. Michelle was pleasant and professional as I checked in. After dilation I waited quite a while; it turned out that they had an emergency and were running late. Dr. Rupert performed my check-up. She was very upbeat, adept and willing to answer all my questions!

I went the the office in Farrell and what a wonderful experience I had. The staff is super friendly. And the doctor was fantastic. I had swelling of my optic and they were on top of all the testing and procedures I needed to do. I am forever grateful of the doctor and staff.

I visited the Meadville location a few weeks ago. The waiting room was packed but the staff was handling it well. The office recently adopted a new system and as it turned out, my appointment got lost along with some other patients. They asked me to come back the next week and they would comp my copay for the inconvenience. I returned a week later and had a short wait time. I require a little more intensive testing so my appointments usually take a little longer than average but they had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Santora is very pleasant and professional.

I just finished my first cataract surgery and was pleased with Dr. Santora and his staff from my first appointment until the last. Instructions were explicit, staff was efficient and willing to answer all of my questions. the operation was painless and I was well cared for the entire time. I have to add that for the first appointment which combined a group explanation of the surgery and some eye examinations they provided coffee and donuts. I am very comfortable going into my second surgery

My brother has serious macular degeneration. he requires shots in both eyes every month, the Doctor there Dr Noonan decided to move them to 6 weeks. which is a risk. On the very morning of the appointment I got a call that the Dr. does no longer take the one insurance and if he wants his shot he has to agree to pay the difference.ON THE MORNING OF THE SHOT. He is on disability and has no money!! So no shot which risks his sight. Another greedy doctor who only cares about money not the wellbeing of his patient. Not taking the insurance fine but give us a chance to find someone else!!
