My experience here was awful. Was scheduled an appt and then on that day I came they said there was no appt made...then was sent home because they were understaffed. Finally got the appt taken care of and ordered 90 contacts. They said it would take a week.
They finally called 10 days later and said just my left eyes were ready and that my rights wouldn't be in for two more weeks backlogged.I asked if they could give me a couple more free trials until they came and she brings out some that are close..not even my prescription ..I asked for my money back and that's it for vision source. I just want to be able to see but that's too much to ask.
