Team lead is a rude and ignorant!!! He has no personality or customer service skills. He appeared annoyed he had to stop what he was doing to assist me. Unfortunately, I left with no resolve about the appointment I scheduled. Done with Lens Crafters in Monroeville! Team Lead needs to customer engagement training!!

After a horrible experience coming from Visonworks. LensCrafters in monroeville. Top tier. The staff super friendly and thorough with the eye exams! I have been wearing contacts and glasses for 20 years. This eye exam was very in-depth and I'm here for it! I did have to wait a little because she was a little backed up with eye exams, but, after having my eye exam i understand why. I highly suggest coming here! They also have the best glasses frames around! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!
